Salesman (Michael) was very nice and explained how Generac worked and how the install would go. The installers (John and crew) showed up right on time and told me about what time they should be done. It was about 20 degrees here this morning. They worked hard, nonstop, and got done a little early. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

The installation techs Donnie and Dillon did an excellent job! They stayed until after 9pm to complete the install and their work quality was excellent! They were also very professional and respectful. Our salesperson Matt was also knowledgeable and helpful. We were impressed with A+! We purchased the Generac thru Lowes and they assigned it to A+.

Update: Lying to a customer, the salesman they sent out tried getting me to spend over $30k on unwarranted work. Lied trying to say my electrical wasnt up to "code" which i am an electrical engineer, and i had my electrical inspected before we bought the house..i mean it was terrible. Then he had the gaul to text me with " so when are we doing this!"..and called being pushy. He didnt listen, just. A Plus condones this behavior from their employees. If wayne comes out be ready for a book of lies.Never will i ask A Plus for anything ever even if theyre the last company on earth! Here was their solution to the problem: A Plus Contractors, LLC wrote: Hello. Thank you for contacting us. We would be happy to get you on our schedule for a free estimate. May we please get your name, address (street, city, state, zip), and phone number? Our scheduling coordinator will get in touch to set up an appointment. Thanks, A Plus Contractors, LLC They didnt even ask about the salesman who LIED and tried charging and forcing a customer tonbe screwed out of a ton of money ....they expect someone to let another salesman in to lie....recommend look for another contractor!!!! STAY AWAY from A PLUS unless you want screwed

A-Plus Generators are above and beyond A+. I have had nothing but the best experience from the original quote from Justin to Justin's excellent knowledge of my current electrical service to what I needed for my Generac emergency generator install. I had several quotes from various others and not only was Justin's the lowest by far, he was also the best communicator, right on time and extremely knowledgeable. I actually had another contractor cut the power company tag on my meter which could have resulted in a $500 fine for me! Next came the actual installation and again I was really impressed. It was easy to see that both John and Cole are experienced installers. They were both very professional and totally dedicated to our satisfaction with their work. I was watching over their shoulders the whole time because I was curious and they were always patient, accommodating and explained every thing clearly. Sales process was very easy. All our questions were answered timely and clearly. John and Cole's work was exemplary. I can not recommend A-Plus, Justin, John and Cole enough.

This has been the easiest and most pleasant experience. I contacted Aplus within a week the salesman Daren showed up and reviewed what I needed. He came up with a great solution of where to place the generator for the simplest install. Once he gave me the estimate and I approved it online, within a three days I was scheduled for the installation. The install went extremely smooth! The installers were done within two hours. They were very friendly and explained Everything in detail. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up everything when they completed. After they completed I received a call from Aplus for the payment. I will recommend Aplus to anyone in the need of a Generac generator! Thank you for such great service!

David and Drew arrived about 9 am to install a natural gas line and a whole home generater. They were very professional and friendly. They worked through both lunch and dinner and did not leave until 730 pm when the job was finished. They did a good job with installation and left everything inside and outside the home clean and took all of their trash with them. David is coming back when the gas meter gets installed to test the generator. I highly recommed these guys and this company.

Came across A+ after calling Lowe’s about a Generac generator. Immediately upon calling I was met with kind friendly helpful people. Matt came and did my in home assessment and was super nice and very informative. Got the ball rolling and Dave and Donnie absolutely crushed the install. They worked like mad men and in no time had it up and running. It was obvious they knew exactly what to do and did a very professional clean and perfect install. I recommended them to my father in law and he had a generator installed. Big thanks to A+. They’re definitely the best in the business and being a veteran I’m proud to support and veteran owned business. And I will definitely recommend them to everyone in the future. Awesome job guys keep up the great work!!!
