Salesman (Michael) was very nice and explained how Generac worked and how the install would go. The installers (John and crew) showed up right on time and told me about what time they should be done. It was about 20 degrees here this morning. They worked hard, nonstop, and got done a little early. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

The installation techs Donnie and Dillon did an excellent job! They stayed until after 9pm to complete the install and their work quality was excellent! They were also very professional and respectful. Our salesperson Matt was also knowledgeable and helpful. We were impressed with A+! We purchased the Generac thru Lowes and they assigned it to A+.

Update: Lying to a customer, the salesman they sent out tried getting me to spend over $30k on unwarranted work. Lied trying to say my electrical wasnt up to "code" which i am an electrical engineer, and i had my electrical inspected before we bought the house..i mean it was terrible. Then he had the gaul to text me with " so when are we doing this!"..and called being pushy. He didnt listen, just. A Plus condones this behavior from their employees. If wayne comes out be ready for a book of lies.Never will i ask A Plus for anything ever even if theyre the last company on earth!
