Spot clean at best. With my long hours and wife being 8 months pregnant we thought it would be great to get a deep clean done to elevate some stress from her. Only thing accomplished was a pregnant woman crying and us cleaning the house ourselves. So many items that were discussed to be done were not even touched. 1.5 hours for a deep clean 380$. Wish I made that hourly rate. Upon reaching out about the amount of issues they said they would come back another day or take 80$ off of bill. Frankly we didn't want them back in our home. Wife paid the 300$ which was extremely generous. In the future I hope they choose quality of work of quantity.

First of all the communication from the owner is an absolute 5 star, she is the redeeming grace for the 3 star review. She is phenomenal. She reached out in less than 24 hours, and was at my home within 48 hours. She was timely, kind, and very accepting to my needs for this very large job.

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. For a deep clean she quoted me 600 dollars. I agreed to this price because my house was an absolute mess and needed a lot of assistance with dusting and cleaning. We did a tour of every room and I feel I communicated clearly what I needed and expected from each room.

I was very grateful as I just had another cleaner come so Unprepared a week prior, so she was a blessing. Due to this, I told her that she could use my belongings like cleaning supplies, wash cloths, my brand new shark vacuum and my ocedar mop (this will come in to play later).

I’m sad to say that I’m disappointed with the service. I was anticipating the job to be 3 to 4 hours as it was a heavy job. It was finished in a little over 2 hours. Upon my walk through, there was blatant disregard to what I needed. Dusting in many common areas did not transpire or were sloppily done. The floor on the first floor was not mopped or vacuumed. I kept finding dog food (that is kept downstairs) around my home in areas they should not exist. It was obvious that the floor in the dog room was poorly vacuumed, was not mopped, and the surface areas were not addressed. The goal of this deep clean was to rid the home of dust, dirt, and dander that happened due to heavy rain a couple weeks ago that flooded my yard and the dogs tracked in.

Now I was not planning to leave this review as when I reached out to the owner, she was very accommodating. She took money off of the quoted price (down to 450) and she was apologetic. So I felt comfortable and confident I would use her services again.

Today I was finishing the areas that were not clean and noticed my brand new shark vacuum was not functioning as it should. It was leaving dirt and dust everywhere and when you disconnected the hose, there was no suction.

I had to take the vacuum apart and found that it was clogged and a portion of a dog kennel lodged in the hose with a puncture to it. I am very disappointed that my personal property was not handled with care. Luckily I purchased a lifetime protection for it and can have it fixed. Yet, the point is I should not have to send my property to be repaired due to the negligence of someone else.

I am really disappointed with my experience, 450 dollars is a lot of money that I work hard for and could have spent elsewhere this holiday season. I hope as they move forward they can address these issues and concerns I have outlined.

Can’t say enough about the people at Baetens. True family owned operation that are passionate about what they do. I’m a landscaper and whenever I need help or suggestions they always take care of me. You don’t find many businesses that have people as great as the people at Baetens. Thanks y’all!

This nursery is a treasure. Their plants, trees and shrubs are healthy and a great selection.

Really good selection of items. Unfortunately I asked for help and the guy they sent was having a crummy day and didn’t feel like helping. I was ready to spend $500. Bought nothing and won’t be back.

Highly knowledgeable. Bring a pic of your flower bed and they will help plan it aesthetically as well as based on sun light and other environmental conditions. Legitimate experts in their field. I havr purchased and planted 8 different plants over the last two seasons. Everything took and flowered again this year.

Always loved plant and flower shopping here with my mom over the past several years. Unfortunately, I lost my mom in December, but she'll be helping me decide what to plant from above. Always great selections and friendly staff.

Staff knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Wide variety of plants, soils, tools etc. Loved the small business- local feel (vs big box stores). Will be back next year!

Super-duper nursery. Prices are in line with the market for such things but this place is distiguished by its great variety.

Wish I would have shopped here sooner!! Everything there is beautiful! They are very reasonably priced! They are cheaper than Home Depot and the quality is 10 times better! Will not be buying flowers from Home Depot anymore!

Baeten's has beautiful plants and a wide variety. The staff are friendly and helpful.

They helped me three years ago with suggestions for a landscape project for a friend, followed their instructions and the flower garden is flourishing better than I ever expected with this kentucky clay. Now that I have my own property and going to try a vegetable garden I have gone back for more advice, all employees I have spoken with are very friendly and knowledgeable hope to have the same luck with my garden also their prices seem to be in line with everyone else plants are healthy and always seem to have good inventory. I highly recommend this business for all your gardening and landscape needs.

I purchased the butterfly bushes I had been looking for. They are perfect for where I planted them. I got the large old fashioned ones instead of the smaller ones. They were very helpful. I thought it was a little pricey but I couldn't find them anywhere else.

Baeten’s Nursery is quite simply THE BEST! They always have an amazing selection of plants and gardening essentials. I can always count on the quality of their plants and products. I enjoy their selection of whimsical garden decor as well. We always get our mulch from them. Great Staff who are always helpful. I just can’t cant say enough great things about the garden center, staff and quality of Baeten’s!

Loved this place until I had an issue with the clean pine straw bought this year. I did call to explain that the straw had a lot of sticks , sand, cones it the bags. Was told they would make this right and someone would call me back in a day or two. I had already opened and thought hey will make good as they stated I tried to use turns out these two bags were just as bad as the first three bags. I took them back and exchanged them for two other bags. These two bags were much better but still needed more after they never called back in two weeks I went somewhere else only to find a better straw bundles and price. Always liked this place until they’re making it right was to just never call you back. Will go else where from now on. Thanks for making it right.
