Reviews of local pros in Union, Kentucky

I absolutely love this place! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their plants are always full, healthy, and beautiful. They have a nice selection of flowers, plants, etc. They also have awesome decorative items and fairy garden pieces. It's a must stop shop for any gardening enthusiast.

Our first visit, was one of surprise. From the road, it doesn't look like they would have much variety. We were wowed by the several greenhouses with so many types of plants. There was also a great selection of trees and shrubs. Their prices were very reasonable and the staff that we interacted with we very friendly and helpful.

Have been coming here for many years and always great product, pricing and most of all Excellent Customer service. Have never came across any of their workers not willing to help. Thank you Baetens and team! Congratulations on the expansion!

The selection and staff was wonderful! Staff were friendly and helpful and the selection was amazing. I would have loved a slightly bigger native perennial section, but found several and many other things.

Love this Place Highly recommend. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Had no less than four people ask me if I needed help. A little more pricey than big box stores but honestly it’s worth the few cents more to get the correct product and better quality plants.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been going to Baeten's nursery for years! It's easy to spend a lot more time than expected there. I've asked them so many questions about different plants I have, some I bought from them and others I did not, and they are the most knowledgeable people I've ever met. Everyone is so kind. They never push product or try to sell you anything, it's refreshing.

Everything I have ever brought home from Baeten's has been wonderful. They have all thrived and flowered incredibly well. (Although I can't seem to get my endless Summer hydrangeas back to that beautiful blue color, but that has nothing to do with them. I'm using the acidifiers, but it still blooms pretty pink flowers) anyway... This is the best nursery around. I highly recommend it and I go there several times throughout the summer.

This nursery has everything you could possibly want.
I loved how they had everything so very organized, such as rose bushes, potting soil/mix,vegetables,petunias, and fuchsia pots(out of the baskets),this is the main reason I went here.
The gentleman who helped me to the car with my potting soil was so very nice, helpful, and respectful.
So,if you or your mother or family would like flowers,I highly recommend you here for all your needs.

Really great. Bigger and more variety than I expected. Very well taken care of. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they took the time to answer questions and give really good recommendations. My wife and I will be coming back again and again and again!

Good prices and amazing looking plants. Everything was well organized and the staff when you could find them were very kind and knowledgeable.

I've been trying to improve my house for a long time and I know these guys are going to make it look beautiful. Bought about 16 or 17 plants for 170 which isn't bad considering their quality and size. One was a Bush that cost 50 for reference.

Great selection of mums. Friendly service!

Well maintained. Lots of varieties.

Wonderful nursery, best in Northern Kentucky, to be sure. Owners and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area and the plantings for the area. I visited on Mother's Day, probably the busiest day for them, and despite the sizeable crowd, I was in and out with my load of mulch in less than thirty minutes. Thanks so much for service. Highly recommended for all your planting and landscaping needs. Easily seen from the road. Plenty of parking during regular occasions. Plenty of greenhouses and varieties. Customer oriented and great service. Once again, highly recommended.

Gosh this place is amazing 🤩 Got there on a Saturday at 8:30 am and was personally directed to exactly which plants I wanted and was even given excellent landscaping advice. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Like an old Ma and Pop nursery. Will never buy plants anywhere else! Thank you!

Wonderful knowledge staff they were so helpful! And a big selection too choose from!

The tomatoes, peppers and herbs greenhouse was lacking in the herb department. I went looking for house plants and they just got in a shipment which hadn’t been priced or properly unpacked which is unfortunate as I saw something I wanted to purchase. None of their staff spoke to us as we browsed and the cost of their soil was very high.

We went on Monday so things were very picked over but still plenty to choose from!!! The workers were very kind and helpful about the strawberry plants!!! Great place to shop for your outdoor needs!!!

The selection is wonderful and the plants are all very healthy! I am an avid gardener and after my experience today, I will never buy my plants anywhere else. They were so helpful and kind, I actually had 2 people offer to help me while I was shopping! I am doing live floral arrangements for a nonprofit gala and am so happy I found them. I stayed in my budget and I am confident that the arrangements will successfully.

What a great experience again today. I have been going here for 12 years. Todd was excellent as always and extremely knowledgeable. Todd even delivered my plants and mulch to me very quickly. The customer service here and selection is outstanding. Will be back again soon. Thank You!

They have the best selection of plant stock in our area without a doubt. Annuals, perennials, shrubs indoor, veggie plants.... They got it all

So much selection and their plants are always so healthy. Also some of the most beautiful hanging baskets you can find!

They have an overwhelming selection of healthy, beautiful plants and flowers. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable.
