Paid for two trees to be removed and ground down. Company only ground one and left the other.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!! They will take your money and not show up. They will feed you excuses and never do the work!! Please!! I've had so many people reach out to me and say they're doing the same thing to them!!! PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

This company is amazing! They do free quotes, on time as asked. They cleaned up every bit of their mess and got the job finished on time. But the best part is, they’re affordable!

We paid $1,076 on May 1. They have not purchased or installed our landscaping. We paid up front for the poduct/ supplies needed and kept getting promised that they would install since then. I have requested a refund directly from him, in writing, 4 times now. My husband also called him. We have now filed with the KY Attorney General office when we really just want the refund. Please be weary of giving money up front to Brandon.

ETA: Brandon did not respond to AG office. He did return $500. Our next step is small claims court.

I read all of the reviews and thought I would give them an opportunity. First red flag was when he started asking for more money. They did a drainage job for me and didn’t bury the lines correctly so now they are leaching up out of the ground. Didn’t do one area correctly and never came back to fix it and didn’t complete a retaining wall. I would not hire them again nor would I recommend them. I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience with them was not at all consistent with the reviews I read

I originally posted a one star review on August 28th when I had an unfinished job that had started June 7th. The day after I posted my review, Brandon reached out and committed to coming out the next day to finish everything if I would take the review down. I did. It’s now September 18th and I stand by my one star review.

Would definitely not recommend Scapes. This has been a pretty terrible experience. The quality fell short of expectations. The amount of no shows with no communication, empty promises, and excuses were unreal. Yesterday he apologized and said he would be out today to get everything finished and to get his stuff cleaned up. Another no show, and I’m left with the mess and an unfinished job.

I paid Brandon over $5,800 for materials. He was supposed to deliver materials and begin work several times and then didn’t, and twice just didn’t show up without messaging. After about 3 weeks of this I asked for my money back. He has not refunded my money so I have contacted an attorney. Do not fall for this scam.

Brandon and his assistant were great when installing our privacy fence! Came in and installed it properly and efficiently. Very quick turn around time as well as great communication before the project started. We will definitely be using him for future projects.

Scapes did a great job on our porch. As an engineer, I think the quality of work and attention to details throughout construction by Brandon and his team was really spot on. Thanks again!

Best lawncare specialist we have ever used. He not only worked for my wife and her father's estate, he also worked on her rental property. He not only cut the grass, he trimmed all the bushes, plus cleared away branches and assisted in trimming trees. He assisted in remove all debris and cleaning out the barn on my wife's father's property.

Can't say enough good things about him and the work he does. Communication skills and attitude are the best. Highly recommend. As we get older it has become more difficult for us to do those things we did when younger.

Josh is reliable, works hard, and does great job for us and all at a fair price.
