Once the call was placed the WE, a time was given to expect their arrival. The WE electrician and apprentice were on time, review the situation and stated they would need to source the part. By 1pm, they return and I was up and running with electicty.

Ronnie was very professional knew and understood what I needed installed. Technicians did good job of installation and cleaned up after themselves.

Great to work with. Had a complete disaster during bad weather. Whole house sustained damage. The work to repair spanned several weeks. They developed a plan, communicated and met goals consistently. Worked after hours and weekends as needed to get my work done. Value is based on quality of service and the value of services exceeded the price paid. After repairs were completed based on their work, I scheduled other work to better protect my house going forward. I will call them anytime I need electrical services. Thinking of installing solar panels and they will be the company I go with. Simply a great stress free company to work with.

Woodford Electric performed the annual service on my Generac Generator. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The two technicians who serviced the generator were on time and very professional. They were obviously very knowledgeable about their work and answered all my questions. I will be returning to them for my annual service!

I've known Tim and his Dad Ken since the early 90's when I was a Mechanical Supervisor for the Fayette County School System. C&I was the contract HVAC contractor at the time. Ken came to my office one summer to show me a valve that one of his technicians had mis-plumbed that had caused a loss of much of the refrigerant in a large chiller that he had been working on. Ken informed me that he had corrected the problem and replaced the lost refrigerant at no cost to the School System. I thanked Ken for his honesty and told him that I didn't think that I had a single contractor that would have told me the truth about this situation. When I subsequently relocated to Wild Turkey Distillery, I used C&I for all of my HVAC repair and installation that was too large for my crew to attend to. They have always been quick to respond to my calls, and have always performed quality work at a reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone.
