Fantastic service from HYPE and Michael Sisler. He was fast and very friendly. He answered all my questions and was very courteous. He did a fantastic job. As a bonus, he was also really great with my dogs. 5 stars!

7/29 update - I have used them again for much more serious issues! And still really love these guys and the office lady Tiffany is the best. So I have been dealing with a home warranty that well is crap and not wanting to cover anything that should be and Tiffany has been doing everything she can to get it taken care of and get as much covered as they can and have worked with me through it all. Even me harassing her lol! The guys have been out here working all day and extremely diligent! Griffin even canceled and appointment he had to finish the job (which I feel terrible for) but they are hard working and very kind! Greatest company to deal with hand down! I’ll be having them install the halo unit into my hvac next to help with the quality of air for the kids!!! Thank u all again! It’s been a mess but I appreciate them!

8/5 update- just want to add another update! Jacob came out last Friday because I was still having a few insides with the condensate drain leaking and to install my halo system! He was quick to repair the leak, cleaned everything up, great communication, and installed the new halo system! I have been very pleased with the unit and do feel the air has made a change for the better!
Again Tiffany is the absolute best! She has helped wrangle the home warranty’s needs and sent everything I needed for the claim for reimbursement! Great communication and has gone above and beyond even on her days off!

Called this morning because the fan on our unit was not running. Trey came out quick and was able to identify the issue. He also helped with a broken condesation pump and low refrigerant. He was very professional and knowledgeable and got us up and running again.

Great service! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional guys. They came out to service my failing older AC unit, got that working well again. Then James checked out my HVAC, discussed options, gave me good quotes for my planned replacement. Glad to have a firm I can trust 👍

I was pretty sure I needed a new thermostat on my HVAC system so I decided to try Hype because I’ve been hearing a lot of good things. The service was great from my initial phone call all the way through. I was back up and running in 4-5 hrs. James was the tech who came out and he was very knowledgeable and nice too. I’m glad I decided to try Hype and I’ll be contacting them again when I need service and routine maintenance.

02/31/2026. Tiffany & Matthew were AMAZING!
Saturday, 8 degrees, no heat, 44 degrees in the house, 2 inches of water in the basement. Matthew was here 30 minutes after I phoned! After being here for 45 minutes, all is well♥️
I wanted to add an additional review for Griffen Covington, he was the technician that serviced my furnace for a seasonal check
On October 20th, 2025
He arrived as scheduled and was very accommodating to my two pups. He initiated the service and in a short time reviewed all that was necessary to update the furnace for the rest of the season. He let me know that it was functioning well and that there was no need for any further service until spring. It was greatly appreciated and he was very personable as well. Thank you, Griffen!

They had texted me to let know that they we're delayed due to someone in a similar situation and would be here as soon as possible.
Once they determined the problem They explained the process and within the hour they had repaired the issue and explained what they did, photographed the damaged piec and sent an email to me to have that on file so that I can send it to my insurance company in case there might be coverage due to storm damage. I thank both of them for being so thorough and capable in their jobs. I look forward to any work that has to be done in the future

Trey was very knowledgeable, excellent at explaining, professional, friendly and courteous. I could not be happier with his service. You have a gem of an employee in him. Tiffany in the office was also great to work with. Overall, my experience was awesome and I'll be a return customer when the need arises.

I recently used HYPE for the first time for a malfunctioning furnace. Jacob came out and diagnosed the problem. He had to get a part for the furnace, so he had to come back another day to complete the service. He was courteous, and professional. Furnace works again, just in time for winter! I would definitely recommend HYPE for any of your HVAC needs.

Mini-split systems are inherently difficult to diagnosis and repair. Yet, Griffen and his crew took the time to research, test and find the problem with my system. They kept me informed on their progress, estimated cost and when they would complete the repair. I recommend them if you need any HVAC repairs.

I would give more stars if I could. The temps are getting down to 0 and negatives and our Heat went out. Matthew came at Noon and had it up and running by 1! Big help! Also Matthew was great worked fast and also entertained my son who was very interested in what all he was doing. I would recommend them and Matthew to anyone! Thank you guys!

This place is next level. The customer service was incredible and the prices are more affordable than companies with the word "affordable" in their names. The technician was so knowledgeable and friendly. And he was cool with my crazy dogs. Definitely recommend.
