The service technician was prompt and very helpful. He had the problem figured out and fixed an literally a few minutes. He was very courteous and told us what may have caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. The cost was more than reasonable and we will be keeping the phone number for future reference.

They came back out and installed a split unit for our sunroom. Efficient and cleaned up (always) a bonus. Very pleasant personnel.

Matt came out and fixed my air conditioner in less than an hour! Great service and it was way cheaper than I was expecting it to be. Will definitely be calling Robert's heating and air again for any future needs.

My AC unit busted a few weeks ago and I was working through my home warranty to get a contractor out here and fix it. Contractor ghosted us for over 2 weeks, and warranty company would not get us a new contractor.

Frustrated, my wife called Roberts and they got some techs out to see us same day just a few hours later. They identified the issue and how to fix on the spot, ordered parts immediately even though we hadn't contracted any work yet, provided a rough but accurate estimate before sending us an official estimate that was within the range of their rough estimate.

The tragic part of this story is that we scheduled to have Robert's come out her and do the work today - But out of nowhere and without warning the contractor company that ghosted us for 2 weeks showed up and fixed the AC unit before Robert's could get here.

I'm posting this review because I was so impressed by Roberts quick-response and quality of character and service. In the future I will be calling Roberts first over the home warranty people, and would rather pay Roberts full service fees, and support these guys than get a discount on service via the home warranty.

This is my second Google review for Robert's Heating and Air. They continue to impress me for their quick service, quality work, friendliness and easy to work with. They make me feel like I am their only customer. Matt was my technician for the second time. It's almost like your best buddy is coming over to help you out. As I said before, I will continue ti use them for my HVAC needs.

Robert’s installed a mini split for our sun room. They all did a great job - very efficient, clean and neat. Thank you to all the guys, we appreciate you all!

The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough with my Reem furnace. It had been damaged when my basement flooded. After he ordered the necessary parts, it didn't take long to be repaired at a reasonable cost.

Matt did a great job, I'll miss Justin, but Matt is very competent and personable and goes beyond the norm. I've known Mr Roberts for 30 years and wouldn't call anyone else for my HVAC needs.

15 May update: Steve did phone me to explain that various circumstances, many outside his control, contributed to me falling between the cracks. He offered to come out right away to address our problem. This is the Steve Roberts I remembered, so am updating the review to 4 stars.

12 May: I live just outside Versailles, am a big fan of using local businesses, and have used Steve before, so am actually sry to have to give him 1 star on this review. I called him about a month ago to report a faulty thermostat. It took probably 3 calls over the course of a week to get him/them to return my call, after which his tech did come out. He brought a new thermostat with him, but it was the wrong one. He said they'd order the correct one and the reinstall it when it arrived. I wait 10 days or so, then call again for a status. Again, no return call to let me know what's up. Tried 3 more times over the course of 2 or 3 days and a weekend, and he/they never paid me the courtesy of returning my call to give me an update. Even if it had been "We can't get that part anymore," "We've decided not to help you," "It'll be 3 more weeks," would have been fine. But nothing from them. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will not be able to use them going forward and hope there's another HVAC provider in Versailles, one that respects its customers.

I have used Roberts Heating and Air for all of my HVAC needs for many years. Steve and every one of his crew are exceptional. They are knowledgeable and professional...always kind and courteous; always on time and great with communication if something comes up and always fair. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you, Steve!

Matt was a savior on a miserably hot day! He had already worked a very very long day and still made sure to come and look at our a/c. He had it fixed in no time! So friendly and definitely saved the day ! I highly recommend Robert’s Heating and Air !

Called Robert's Heating when we discovered our heat stopped working. Told them our schedule when we would be home and they arrived promptly. Matt our service tech was great. He explained everything and gave me a thorough inspection of the furnace. Price and service were great. They sent me an invoice and I paid online.
Hope your heat don't go out . If it does I highly recommend Robert's.

Justin and the other technician that came to my house were great. They diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it with no issues. They were very friendly and explained exactly what has happened with my compressor. I highly recommend.

Highly recommended. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue with one heat pump blowing hot air in August. While exterminating a nest of angry hornets. Luckily no stings. The price came in lower than the estimate for the circuit board. Very happy with the service

Steve and his group were very professional and knowledgeable. Once I got a quote, my system was installed within a few days. My outdoor unit went down, they made sure my old unit kept us cool until the new one was installed. I put in a high-efficiency outdoor unit and furnace, and the price was very fair. I highly recommend Roberts Heating & Air.
