Reviews of local pros in Versailles, Kentucky

These people are so unprofessional they respond to comments and lie about what’s wrong. Our heat is out and my roommate leaves a review on their page after them being unresponsive for days. The company decides to respond with a lie about our gas being out when that is not the issue. Highly unprofessional company. Do not waste your money or your time

Daniel and his crew did a fantastic job at my home for installing the duct to my rangehood. I definitely recommend his work for the duct installation needs.

Replaced heat/air unit plus new duct work in under 8 hours. Professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone having hvac needs

Tim and his crew were awesome! Very professional and timely. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC issues.

They did a great job. They explained everything they did, and they did not leave a mess when they finished. I would highly recommend Infinity HVAC for all of your HVAC needs.

These folks know what they are doing and the guys were very friendly and great....

Infinity hvac was very prompt and professional. They were able to get our system up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend them. Showed up exactly when they said!

This HVAC company is amazing, my system went down on me and they had it replaced with in the next day. They was very safe, they had gloves and masks on the whole time. I recommend this company to everyone. Thanks infinity.

We built a new home in Lawrenceburg and Mike and his team were wonderful. Their service and professionalism are second to none, they do what they say, and at a great price. Would highly recommend Infinity.

Highly recommend this company for HVAC services! We have used other companies in the past but this one we were really impressed with the prompt, efficient and professional services we received. Will not be using anyone else!

Our heat when out during the ice storm on 2/3. They were called on Friday and we were told they would be out to fix it over the weekend. I called on Sunday to check the status since no one had come on Saturday and they tell me that our heat being out and it being freezing is not an emergency. They finally come today only to tell us it’s going to be another 3-5 days before they can do anything and it’s 30 degrees in the house. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate in my opinion. Definitely a cheap option but not worth the headache

Infinity HVAC is the very best! They came out quickly and were very professional and helpful in fixing my heating when it went out in the middle of winter! I highly recommend!

I've used Infinity for when my own HVAC has gone down, but also for installs of replacement systems at investment properties. My experience has been they're honest and do high quality work.

I've used infinity HVAC for over 10 years with numerous rental properties and our own home hvac and furnace replacement. Tim and the crewhave always given me extremely good timely service excellent quality trane products at very fair prices. I would highly recommend them and honestly I wouldn't consider using anybody else.

Dustin and Austin came out to replace both the outdoor and indoor units. Instead of just slapping the units in, they took the time to make sure that the job was done correctly the first time. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend infinity for any HVAC needs.

This company is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to anything HVAC related. This professional company makes the process easy and effortless. They make all of their customers a priority. HIGHLY recommend using them the next time you need a new heating system or even just a vent cleaning.

Infinity HVAC did an excellent job on my heating assembly. The service technicians were very honest and professional. They informed me of the issue they found, exactly how they'd do the repair, how long it would take, parts needed, etc. They fixed my system on the spot at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about Infinity HVAC. I had to replace my entire HVAC system, which I had never done before, but Mike, Velicia and their crew made it easy. The young men that came to my home were polite, courteous, and even cleaned up after themselves. If you are looking for an HVAC company I would highly recommend the great folks at Infinity! They are a 10/10 business!!!

We returned from vacation to an AC unit that didn’t work. The guys at Infinity HVAC came out, diagnosed the issue (was the fan motor), and ordered the part the same day. We were told that it could take 7-14 days before the part came in; however, the part was in and installed the morning of day 5 (which included 2 weekend days)! We have AC again!! These guys were really great to work with. Customer service was top notch, and to top it off, they like dogs (we have a Lab and a Shepherd)! Will definitely call Infinity for any future HVAC needs.

I’m very grateful for how they helped me when they replaced my HVAC unit when I had an emergency leak. The owners were helpful when we spoke on the phone when I called to report my issue and ask for them to come out to help me fix the unit. Their crew was on time and professional. It’s great working with awesome local businesses like Infinity HVAC. I’d definitely recommend them.

This was, hands down, the best service I've ever received from an HVAC company.

Our heat pump was completely dead and needed to be replaced. The owner of the company himself came out to our house to do the estimate. He sat down with me and my wife and clearly explained every detail of the process. He presented us with options and lots of information so that we could make an informed decision of whether or not to go with him. There was no pressure to buy and even said I should get additional quotes. Highly recommend Infinity HVAC for all HVAC need.
