Extremely nice. Very knowledgeable. Very straightforward with what I needed or didn’t need. Did not try to sell me unnecessary items.

We received 3 different quotes, including Roberts and went with them because of price/product AND our neighbors had also used them before and had nothing but good things to say. Steve is honest, everything he promised, he delivered on. His team was very professional and quick to respond when we had an issue after installation. We will without a doubt use his company when we replace our upstairs unit.

The technicians (Matt, Danny and Colton(?)) were great and very polite. I panicked because the power went out and my nest thermostat was giving me an error message. They came a day early to help me out. Tuned up my furnace for the winter too. Also checked my filters and would have changed them but they weren't dirty. Now I know where the filters are and how to change them for when it needs to be done. The bill was so reasonable too. I will definitely use this company whenever I need HVAC help or maintenance.

Our heat wasn’t functioning at all. We called Robert’s and a technician returned our call within 5 min and a technician came 10 min after the call! We unfortunately had to replace the 23 year old system which was to be expected but the service was incredible! Our system arrived 3 days later and 2 technicians worked all day in the 30 degree weather to replace it! That went above and beyond to make sure the system was fully functional in one day!

Great family owned company. Quick service on instillation and if you have any problems or questions they are very fast to respond and come out if needed. Also worked on a unit that was bought elsewhere. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Excellent all around.

Of course our furnace quit working on one of the coldest days of the winter so far. So I called Roberts Heating and Air in Versailles and asked if they could come out and look at. They were here in less than 30 minutes and determined that our furnace was shot. They went over and beyond by getting us a new furnace and installing it, the very same day! We can't thank them enough for all their generosity for everything they did for us.
Danny for getting it started and Matt and the other young man (sorry can't remember his name) for installing it the same day. Great service and very nice people at Roberts Heating and Air!

I had to have power wires added to both furnaces to replace thermostats with smart thermostats. The Roberts HVAC technicians arrived exactly when they said they would. Their professionalism was above reproach and they completed the work on the furnaces and installed both thermostats in half the time I thought it would take. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend Roberts Heating and Air.

His attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive.

Mason, his helper, was also great—hardworking and respectful. Together, they removed the old unit and installed the new one in a single day. When they finished, they cleaned everything up thoroughly, leaving no trace behind except a perfectly running new AC system.

I had a great experience with Tim fixing an issue I was having with my heat pump defrosting properly. Very glad that I went with Hype to get this resolved and I highly recommend Hype to anyone having HVAC issues.

Tim and his crew were very timely and professional. No air on a hot day is bad and they fixed it promptly. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

They were the only company that answered my call and I actually talked to Tim. The weather was in single digits and I was needing help that day. He said he could have someone out there about 1 o'clock and he was on time. He found the problem but the part was in Louisville. Tim said he would head that way and have the part out there about 5:30. Got to the house on time and had the part in quick. Tim and he's people where very dependable and went out of their way to get the job done.
