They have some things, not others. Staff sometimes good, sometimes not. Hit and miss. Many times I just drive to Memphis to get hardware.

Higher prices but fabulous staff and store is organized very well. I prefer to pay a bit more for the help employees give.

My first purchase didn't go well. Receive wrong size door. Took it back exchanged it. Started the installation of the door found the knob was broken had to take it back. I was accommodated just wasn't the best experience.

Well it's not Lowe's or home Depot but they do got a lot of good stuff, but I have to say a couple employees there are they thinking about going home probably or something but some of the people are very helpful they'll go down to the aisle with you, it's a good little neighborhood hardware store well not little it's a good size,

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I've noticed customer service to wane a bit due to Covid, but not here. I really haven't done a lot of shopping here before but I'll be spending more time here from now on. Seem to have whatever we need, that's a plus too

The personnel was very kind, knowledgable, and helpful. We were due a refund and the staff made sure we got back in the building in time to receive it avoiding a second trip. I would recommend Barton any day before some of the other local lumber companies.

If you buy your laminate at bartons.. I'll install it for you .. you'll save cash shopping at bartons for all your flooring needs

Decent parking, clean, well organized store with a good variety/selection of construction tools, flooring, hardware,home repair items . The staff was excellent, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and professional. I was their 03/12/25

Very happy with the service we receive from this store in particularly. Great group of people behind the counter, and it's never a long wait to get loaded. If your in the area and need something for job site this is the place to be.
