We have used Montco Handyman for all of our work over the past 5 years. Marino is professional, trustworthy and provides a fair and honest quote. He is quick to respond and completes the job in a timely manner. We are always pleased with the quality of his work. I highly recommend Montco Handyman.

Store Manager Andy Alvarez from the Sundland Park location in El Paso, Tx needs to improve his customer service etiquette. We asked to exchange a kitchen faucet we had purchased. He stated due to policy and procedures he was not allowed to do an exchange or refund. This was after I mentioned we needed an exchange and were interested in buying a high end dishwasher. I asked him if he was willing to lose a customer and he said that was my choice to go somewhere else but he had to stand by his policy and procedures because those were more important. I asked for his supervisors name and number. He stated this was not information he could share with me. As a retired executive for a large company I know this was not the proper way to handle this situation. I will never recommend this location.

I hate to leave a negative review for a brick and mortar store since so much is done on line, but I’ve come to regret buying here. The front desk person is very friendly and helpful. Beyond that the quote process and responsiveness is EXTREMELY slow, it’s days between responses or answers to questions. Post sales support pending install is also extremely slow. Items were delivered with parts missing before thanksgiving and we are still waiting for the install team to come back and fix the original items some 2+ weeks later. What is beyond disappointing is that they “say” we emailed you or called you—when they didn’t. Sadly this has now happened 3 times. As of this post I am still waiting for my install to be finished properly.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid If You Value Your Time**

I recently visited Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery expecting a professional and helpful experience, but unfortunately, I was met with the exact opposite. The customer service at this location is, quite frankly, terrible.

First, I waited for 15 minutes just to get someone’s attention, despite there being several employees who seemed more interested in being comfortable being seated than with each other than helping customers. I smiled and walked out.

I was extremely excited to buy locally, especially with a budget to purchase products like Wolf and other high-end appliances.

The interesting thing is just sold my home in Newport Beach, CA and the budget I have is typically way more than allocated for the local area.

Overall, my experience with Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery was extremely disappointing. If you’re looking for quality customer service and a stress-free shopping experience, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that actually cares about its customers.

Stefano and the Star Home Remodeling crew did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. It was a big job, and they completed it professionally, friendly, timely, with great attention to every little detail. Stefano himself was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and reachable, as well as friendly and personable. I highly recommend this company for your home improvement projects.

Staff was very friendly; they greeted us as we walked in and checked if we needed assistance. We went into this store to check out their bathroom furniture and hardware. We didn't find many options with vanities but there were plenty of bath/shower hard ware options. There was also plenty of lighting fixtures.

We highly recommend working with Ferguson! Our wonderful salesman Rick was so helpful! He was able to order shower valves we couldn't find anywhere else so that we could move forward with our tile project. We were so happy with his customer service we ordered the rest of the plumbing for our project through him. He followed up at every step! You will not be disappointed if you work with Rick!

To say the least, my wife and I were stressed even before the demo and rebuild started due to a long process with the insurance company.
Lafaiete came in with a blend professionalism, craftsmanship, talent, and communication in perfect balance. He kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process and most importantly, Lafaiete was/is an even better human being than he is a skilled craftsman. He cares. That's unusual these days and it sets him apart from most others in the building business. Add to it the fact that he is VERY good at what he does, and all of it together turned our stress into excitement as the project progressed. Thanks, Lafaiete!

Lafayette and his crew did an outstanding job on the remodeling of two bathrooms after water damage. Very professional and considerate. Would definitely recommend this company.

Lafaiete Oliveira and his team member are consummate professionals. After a long insurance claim process and extensive repairs to the master bath, repainting of the entire home interior, and installation of new floors, trim, and wainscotting, it was a pleasure to deal with them. I spent six hours with these gentlemen as they did the final polish up of all elements of our home repairs. They are detail oriented. They are courteous.They made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of their work and gave us back our home in pristine condition. I will not hesitate to call them when I need work done in the future. I recommend them to anyone who despairs of finding competent craftspeople who do excellent work. They will restore your faith. You will be happy you chose this company for your project. I am.

We just finished our major home renovation with Star Home Remodeling. We are so pleased and happy with the final outcome. Stefano was very easy to work with, being always available when we need to discuss something to him regarding our renovation. He listens to our ideas and concerns and gives us advise or work with what we are expecting. Will definitely hire him again for our next home renovation projects. About 5 months ago we started looking for cabinets for our kitchen remodel. We came to ferguson after going to several other cabinet sellers. We decided on ferguson because they had what we needed and the price (a bit high but not enough to deter us ) fit in our budget. Our cabinets have been installed and look great. The people at Ferguson were helpful and always professional. We dealt with Doris mainly and she was professional but...we had issues. She came to our home and brought a contractor (Jeramy) and after we agreed to work together we ordered the cabinets. Doris told us we would deal with the contractor separately so we did. The cabinets arrived on a Friday so I called Jeramy about my install and he said he won't be installing because something happened between him and Doris ( we never found out what). Doris called me and said she has someone else. Except he ONLY does cabinets. Hes not a contractor. He was great and installed them over a period of 2 weeks! He came on a Monday to install everything but then we waited another week for the pulls and plugs and trims to be installed because he had other jobs. We had to find a granite installer and a sink installer and electrician. It was awful and took 3 months. I would recommend ferguson but not the cabinet people. Maybe not the way it's usually done but I didnt feel good about the way we were treated. Cabinets look great though.

Stefano and his team are amazing to work with! He was the only contractor who listened to what I really wanted and was willing to get creative to give me the bathroom of our dreams. We completed nearly a full home remodel with his team that included: Replacing carpets and laminate with tile look hardwood, painting wood paneling, replacing hardy board with drywall, de-popcorning several rooms, filling the sunken living room, painting, new lightning, complete gut and reconfiguring of master bathroom/closet, and gut of guest bathroom. Overall we had the team working on our home for over 2 months so I feel very confident in recommending Star Home Remodeling.

He was easy to work with and took great pride in managing the project and making sure our home was respected and worked on properly. When any question did arise, he was quick to jump in and help.
