They very very thorough, and courteous, and did a meticulous job, including clean up after each day. The place looks great, and I would highly recommend their services! Thank You Sanders Team!

We wanted to be local due to extenuating circumstances, so we went to Sanders for our new cabinets. We had our own contractor, and we knew we what wanted. Marcy helped us match our counter, backsplash and cabinets and worked well with our contractor’s drawings. The only disadvantage was that delivery went to their store and my contractor had to pick up the cabinets and tile. Marcy was very professional and has a great eye for others’ visions. Thank you!

Top notch folks! Told them what we wanted, our budget and our lack of experience with a remodel and they were ready to assist with any and all of our questions.

Had Sanders install a new water heater. Have been doing business with them for years. They always do a great job !

We're very happy with our new bathroom! Everyone at Sanders was knowledgeable and professional. It can be overwhelming to do a complete reconstruction but Marcy at the showroom was so helpful.

We went in there to look for a bathroom vanity and the worker walked us to them and then completely left us and hid in her office on her phone. We were in there for 10 minutes on our own trying to figure out where the books to make selections and how it all worked. Absolutely no help and we left as no one wanted to help us. Do not recommend as the customer service was horrible.

I had my winter HVAC service today By Sanders Home Service. Their technician, Preston English was outstanding. His technical skills are exemplary, and he works with care, precision, and professionalism. He is meticulous in everything he does and makes sure my system is fully prepared for the season. Before the leaves, my home, he takes the time to explain everything that he did to make sure I’m up and running worry free for the upcoming winter. Preston is truly a reason to call Sanders Home Services. Highly recommend!

Marino is communicative, thorough and a craftsman. He has done a gamut of work for me, both interior and exterior and it is of excellent quality.

We had a home renovation after several years of dreaming. The team was able to work cautiously and respect our vision and our memories. The sight of the new space was a source of tears in my eyes. This is a new beginning to our family.

Marino has done several things at my house 🏠 Great job and great on pricing. Dependable, courteous and fair. You won't be disappointed.!

I required handyman services since my children knocked over a shelf in the closet. The gentleman arrived with a smile, fixed the one in a short time, and even added support to the other shelves to be on the safe side. It was like having a friend of the family taking care of us.

I highly recommend Star Homes Remodeling. Stefano and his crew are extremely skilled and professional, and they bring great ideas to help bring your project together. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We’re so pleased with the results that we plan to use them again to update our master bathroom in the near future.

Maria Andrews is an awesome consultant! Not only is she familiar with all the merchandise, but she was so helpful with the selections of everything for our new home, and suggestions to keep us in budget!

Lovely showroom with a very pleasant and helpful staff, which are about the only nice things I can say. Remodeling a bathroom and bought a bathtub. Long wait for delivery, delivered damaged, returned, long wait for redelivery; pretty close to three months in total. Contractor hanging loose the whole time. Their delivery carrier is the absolute worst; incorrect notifications, poor scheduling, poorer rescheduling, difficult to get through to anyone who knows where the shipment really is or when it's really coming. Total wasted time because of that is about six days for the original and replacement combined. Absolutely will not recommend or buy from again!

Excellent selection and very knowledgeable staff. Donnie in Fresno was particularly helpful with us selecting a new vent hood and fridge. Thank you Donnie!

Marino, deserves five stars because his work is five star quality at a very reasonable price, he put new concrete steps along with the railing and a new storm door on the back of my house, the workmanship was five stars, and the price was very reasonable. He shows up on time and has a very good work ethic, he's also very good at explaining things and listening and working with his customers. I planned on having him do other home improvements in the future.

If you’re in the market for plumbing fixtures, lighting, or appliances, Ferguson should absolutely be your first stop!

My wife and I have visited the Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery in Fresno on three separate occasions while planning a full kitchen remodel for our home. We were prepared to spend over $20,000 on a new high-end refrigerator, among other items—but after our experience, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Each time we visited, we were completely ignored. Not once did an employee acknowledge us, say hello, or offer assistance. The staff remained seated behind their desks, focused on their computers, and never even looked up to engage. For a showroom that features premium products and caters to homeowners making significant investments, the complete lack of basic customer service is both surprising and unacceptable.

At this price point, I would expect a much higher standard of professionalism and hospitality. Unfortunately, Ferguson Fresno fell far short. If you're looking for helpful guidance or even just to be treated like a valued customer, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
