My entire landscape is the best ever. I had a perennial garden added this summer and the composition and quality is off the charts

Lawn care is very expensive and all I have asked that they call ahead before coming for a service. I have kids (hence why I’m interested in organic lawn care) and they leave toys and stuff in yard that if it’s not picked up before they come they either spray it with compost/fertilizer or miss that part of my yard. They have been completely unable to call ahead , instead just showing up. And then after two services of me asking if they could call, I get an email saying they will charge me a fee each time they “have to call” and then…. They still didn’t call and just showed up and scared my nanny who is watching my kids while I’m at work. I’m very disappointed as I love this organic lawn care but they have very poor customer service for the price. .

Greenwise has turned my lawn from a weedy mess into a beautiful lawn in just a couple of years. No nasty, polluting chemicals were used. That means so much to me.

They also created a green oasis of plants and trees that is lovely.

Lynn Litzau oversaw our project from beginning to end. She also worked closely with our contractor about our new deck. Roberto and Luis worked tirelessly to get the project done with the least amount of inconvenience. They put in full days. I don't know how Roberto's knees hold out! Jobs some of us would try to do standing-up, he did on his knees! He has a great eye for laying out irregular pavers. The pattern is noticeable. Luis was very good as well. He did precise edging for the walkway in particular and the landscape site. He was quick to follow directions from Roberto. We would certainly depend on this team for future projects.

I believe this was my third season with Greenwise. I've never experienced a landscaper as responsive, knowledgeable, and professional as Greenwise. Customer service is outstanding, as is the quality of their work.

Very very professional. Work performed was outstanding. The team manager and service men were pleasant and courteous. Choice of plantry and staging the design for my landscape turnout spectacular. Will use the Greenwise team again and have recommended neighbor to contact.

From beginning to end The Green Team has exceeded my expectations! My yard was in desperate need of help. The Green Team was professional, timely and worked with me on getting what I needed done with my budget. The team came out and did the job in 1 day. I was at work when they came and when I came home, what a transformation! I am so pleased , I cant say enough about their work. I would recommend anyone looking for landscaping to definitely give them a try! It was worth every dollar I spent!

Great company to work with. One of the best I have worked with over the years. We have a somewhat complicated property so we need an competent company for landscaping and maintenance. Very reliable, thorough, helpful, willing to accommodate requests from client. Wonderful crew.

This is an update to my last review, below. We have had Greenwise install our outdoor Christmas decor this past year and again this year. They did a terrific job, as always. A shout out particularly to Juan Carlos and Houston, who were efficient and courteous, and responsive to our couple of questions. Really professional and nice guys to boot.

From 2023: We had The Green Team - now partnered with Greenwise Organic (an outfit out of Chicago) - out last week for a Spring clean-up of our backyard and front bushes area. The team - Amanda, Gerardo and Ren - were on time, courteous, efficient and thorough. Our patio space and yard looks tidy and neat, ready for Spring flowering and sitting in the sun. We always appreciated The Green Team's practice of prompt reply to queries, provided with evident expertise. Greenwise continues this and has even improved on it, with notice well in advance of scheduled services, which gives us the opportunity to be present with questions and/or concerns. And commitment to environmentally conscious policies remains part of this premium-standard lawn and yard-care service.

My project was aeration, over-seeding & compost top dressing of my large, hilly yard. My dealings with The Green Team were smooth from initial discussion through project execution and final invoicing. The on site team of 3 was professional, thorough and helpful. I felt they were there to do my job right and never felt that they were rushing. They proactively identified where additional TLC was warranted. I was delighted with The Green Team’s work and I would definitely use them again. I will recommend them to friends, family and anyone who needs lawn rehab.

We have used Greenwise for two years to do aeration and last year spring cleanup. They did a good job and kept us informed about scheduling the jobs. We also enjoy their email maintenance tips.

Lynn is a talented landscape designer and did a great job placing plants in locations where they will thrive. Crew members Jimmy, Benito, Houston and Brandy worked hard to get our invasives cleaned out, then dug up, divided plants, replanted and mulched. We're very happy with the work of the Greenwise team!

I recently moved into a home that didn't have any front landscaping save for some scrappy hedges. I wanted a softscaping refresh. Lynn and the Greenwise team did a great job every step of the way! Installation day was smooth, quick, with perfect clean up and really went the extra mile on a few items. I feel very confident I chose the right team and would seek services again if needed in the future.

We had Greenwise landscape our front yard and we couldn't be happier!
Lynn was incredibly knowledgeable in developing a plan for us. Her communication was excellent. For example, when she needed to make a plant substitution; she emailed us well ahead of time and let us decide.
At the last minute, we asked them to move a tree from the front yard to the back yard. Lynn, Roberto, and Luis couldn't have been more gracious. Because it was last minute and not part of the plan (on our part), the utility lines were not marked. The team dug carefully and slowly and were able to find the lines and plant the tree! (No injuries occurred!!)
I recommend Greenwise and plan to use them again in the future.
