Good clean store. I suggest you know what you want. Look on this stores website figure it out, google, you tube, whatever..Then go get the stuff. Good variety of plants.Good check out.

Miracle workers in this store went out of their way to have a Christmas tree delivered to a bereaved family who are unable to get one themselves. Absolutely fantastic thing to do during the holiday season. I will only shop at Home Depot for the rest of my life, never their competitors. Thank you so much.

Employee in lawn & garden kept trying to send me to the Walmart across the street, telling me he used to manage it and they would have everything I needed (except I had just been there and they didn't have anything I needed). I asked him about ball hitches and he said they (Home Depot) didn't sell them. Knew he was lying so I asked another employee and she directed me to the proper aisle. Won't be coming back to this store again, ever.

The garden center staff know their products and plants. Over the past two summers I have revamped my yard based upon their advice and it looks great.

I had a cement porch installed and the turf was essentially destroyed and I went to purchase sod but was counseled to purchase seed and a grass growing cover soil and investing my time in making sure it received a good watering twice a day. I opted to take their advice and two weeks later I have what looks like a golf green.

Plus I estimate I saved more than $400 to $500 and my back from hauling sod around (I have a back condition and am 70).

The counselor pointed out the savings but now have a lifelong customer plus I was so impressed I cashed in some bonds and bought HD stock and it is doing well! Win Win! I am in with HD!

The cashier in garden was rude kept talking to finish paid customer while im being waited on..talking personal stuff.

Home Depot didn't have a lot of flowers I was looking for certain flowers , and I couldn't find it.

Service horrible, casher young unprofessional man totally don't understand his duties , I spend half hour on line, then my card have problems and he was texting, or looking something on his phone..make story short I have just 3 plants in my cart , I left because no patient anymore, selections of plants very poor to

My cashier Celestine was so pleasant and wonderful...I was disappointed in the garden center, flowers were dry and a small selection.

1 star is for the selection and price of christmas trees. 1 star is for the guy who helped us out to the car with the tree because he kept trying despite his inadequacies.
BUT, do not get your christmas tree here. Although the guy was helpful from start to finish, he obviously had never worked in the tree area and no one else was around to help despite it being DECEMBER and lots of people in the garden center. No one to be found except for this guy.
He didn't know the first thing about cutting the branches off the base, loaded the tree backwards into the tree wrapper. (We had to tell him each step of the way how to do each step... and we don't work there! The only reason we know is because we had such a great and helpful experience at a different home depot in another part of the country last year.)
The guy got the orange tree wrapper all tangled and messed up, so he cut it off. I checked that the branches were not maligned, and then he shrink wrapped our tree. haha. He opted to carry our tree to the checkout in the front of the store (not the garden center because no one was at the registers.) Then he carried our tree out front and then helped tie it onto the car. Husband had to re-tie. I have to give him a star for trying, sheesh. But he was so incompetent in all areas... it was so surprisingly lame.
Other Home Depots might be great, but the quality of personnel that they have here leaves much to be desired. Get your tree elsewhere!

After seeing an awesome perennial garden in my neighborhood I was inspired to start one of my own. I arrived at Home Depot fully expecting to spend hours looking for perennial plants and mulch and other supplies. The sales associate (Celestine) was awesome. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable. She helped me to find everything on my list and answered my questions. She also helped me re- pack my items in my car so that they would survive the ride home. I left Home Depot in a little over a half hour with a "CAN DO" attitude. Thank you Celestine.

Asked for help from a employees to get something from the top shelf like they tell you too was told they only have one employee in the garden center so I had to wait. No problem a good hour goes by still no help, finally got a ladder myself and took the stuff down.

Stay far away from this place, especially when it comes to renting a truck! I decided to go with Home Depot last year renting a truck to haul home a couch, and accidentally knocked off some plastic trim of the truck on a poorly placed piece of concrete while turning a corner. Well, they never even offered supplemental coverage so I figured it would be easily covered by my own insurance. Not only do they force me to wait HOURS (with my wife and son waiting in our car late at night) just to fill out a piece of paper, but I hear NOTHING for 6 months until I get a call from a subrogation agency demanding over $6k by Home Depot, because standard auto insurance will not cover vehicles over certain load limits! Conveniently that’s just following the expiration to file claims with my card company (if they would have even covered it). Thanks for extorting a Servicemember and his family, you’ve lost my business, and earned a fight over what I firmly believe is an attempt to grab as much money as you can over minor damages.

Today I had to wait in line for one item in back of customers wirhvseveral items. There were other employees in garden area but the did not offer to open another line.

Very nice service. The guy doing the rentals place was friendly and knowledgeable.
