I asked the first person in the lawn and garden section if they had any more black mulch. He looked at me and said he didn't have any idea if they would get any more that day or not. Walking the isle, I found it myself and started to load it. Two workers told me they would load it in my car for me. Fine. I want to pay and the kid working then decided to tell me they couldn't take cards that had chips in them because it wasn't working that day. Complete incompetentcy.

Lawn and Garden!! I was so impressed by the outstanding customer service in this area. I was greeted; clerks asked to assist as I browsed; the person at the next register even asked if I could use plastic liner for my car's trunk. Home Depot Westport Rd is a standout in customer-first focus!

I typically shop at the Preston Home Depot, but this location is near work, so I'll often make lunch time runs. I have found this location to generally be better stocked and have better customer service.... They were also way ahead on their garden center this year.
Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a struggle as this is a busy busy area.

I went to Home Depot to buy black mulch. Barbara #3 was in the outdoor section. I needed 10 bags of mulch. Barbara retrieved the cart, loaded 10 bags of mulch onto the cart. There was not a make employee to be seen. I admire Barbara for her strength and devotion to her job!

I was misled by the Home Depot store #2305 at Westport Road, Louisville, KY, & their plant vendor. They had me prepay $600 for a special order of 24 Baucom sky pencil holly shrubs at $25 each & 3 bags of soil. They led me to believe they could deliver my order on time & with product the size close to those I had previously purchased for $16 each. The order was repeatedly delayed 20 days after the May 9, 2018, order date & the product received was 1/2 the size of the product previously purchased from Home Depot at almost twice the price. The Home Depot service desk person, claiming to be a manager, named Dave, was not customer service oriented, was flat in affect & could not have cared less about my concerns. Terrible experience & worse customer service.

I wish the gardening center were a little larger, but I can generally find what I am looking for.

Miesner Brothers provides the landscaping & mowing service for our HOA. Our entrance has never looked better.

Provided a fair competitive estimate on our job which was a fairly sizeable one. Once we accepted and eventually got scheduled, the team showed up and worked to finish the job as expected. They did a wonderful job. Receptive to whatever suggestions we made or asked. Very happy with the results overall. Would definitely use them again.

My crew comes at their appointed time each week. They mow, weed eat and blow off everything. When they are finished my yard looks great. I have been with them three years and am satisfied with the work they do.

Did a great job planting the two trees. Laura stayed in direct communication with me and was very professional at all times.

Miesners have serviced our condo community for the past 6 months. A month or so ago the back window in our Nissan Rogue was shattered and paint around the window had been damaged as well. Also on the same day they broke another residents storm door.

Initially we thought this would get worked out. They paid for the window being replaced but did not pay for the paint damage. I told them I'd get a couple of estimates and also get an estimate from a body shop they use for all their paint and bodywork needs. The 2 reviews I received were good to go. The shop they sent us to immediately said the paint was bad and the car had been repainted. No it definitely has never been painted.We bought the car new and its never been painted. Essentially we went to the shop they chose and they tried to backdoor us and deny liability. We did not complete and estimate with that shop.

Ultimately, they are refusing to fix the paint damage. Its $1700 in repair work and we are going to potentially get stuck with the bill.

This situation is serious enough for us to retain counsel which we have. We have never had an issues in the community until we switched to Miesners. Be careful if you do business with this company.

I called the Gardening department and asked if they had any Aloe plants. He replied with "What's an aloe plant?"

If you do happen to shop at this location hopefully you will encounter an employee that actually knows what they are doing and tries to assist you if you need it. Employees here that care-not come across strongly as having a severe lack of professional development and communication abilities. If I cannot grab what I need off of a shelf and head to check out I do not waste my time at this location shopping. There almost always is a coupon complication, non-updated employees, or an enormous wait. Also- every plant I have ever purchased at this Truse Parkway location has had an extremely short lifespan. I haven't had the same issue when I purchase plants from Kroger, Lowe's, or Whole Foods.
