Dovetail Landworks, aka Gavin Ratliff, provided us with an excellent resolution to our garden drainage problem in a timely and cost efficient manner. The project entailed removing the original stone, putting down landscaping cloth, sand and gravel, then relaying the flagstone . Subsequent rains no longer flooded the walkway. Gavin was an absolute pleasure to work with on a moderate-sized landscaping job earlier this year. He was completely professional, thoughtful, conscientious, and got the job done on budget and on time (no small feat). He has great vision for landscape design and gave us helpful suggestions, which were greatly appreciated! I would gladly have him do other projects with us in the future!!

We hired Backyard Property Maintenance and they did a great job mulching my garden beds this year!

Connor was great! I didn't think they would show on a cold snowy day in April, however, they did, and they did an amazing job! Will definitely have them back in the fall!

Backyard Property Maintenance showed up the day I texted them to provide us with a quote. The quote was fair for the size of our yard!
They showed up on their scheduled day, went right to work & then confirmed they got everything I wanted them to before leaving!
The next morning I noticed a few trees didn’t get weed wacked around (and to be honest I don’t think I mentioned the trees when I pointed out a few things to weed wack) I sent a text, they apologized and they were here just a few hours later to fix it!
We will definitely be keeping them to maintain our yard!

Conner and Backyard Property Maintenance have done a great job mowing and weed whacking our lawn for the past two months. They have been responsive via email and kept to the weekly schedule. They also accept Venmo, which has been convenient for us. Thanks!

The team from Backyard Maintenance responded quickly (30 mins after hours) to my request for a quote, came out to mow and weed whack within 4 days and were great. Very responsive, we’re careful with our lawn chairs and kids toys and were a joy to work with. Looking forward to having them mow for us regularly.

I connected with them last second for emergency service and Conner was extremely helpful. They were able to accommodate my lawn. They come on time and do a great job, they welcome feedback and want to make sure the job is done properly and you are happy with the final result.
Their prices are competitive and their schedule is flexible. I highly recommend them 👍🏾

Absolutely atrocious.

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTIONS LLC IS A TOTAL SCAM AND A DISGRACE TO THE INDUSTRY. If I could give them negative stars, I would. This "business" is nothing more than a group of incompetent con artists who will rob you blind and leave your home in ruins. They took a massive deposit from me and immediately stopped answering their phones, only to show up weeks later with no equipment and a complete lack of any basic landscaping knowledge. They have turned my property into a dangerous, disgusting wasteland of deep trenches, jagged debris, and literal garbage. They didn't just do a bad job; they actively sabotaged my yard, destroyed my existing drainage, and left my land in a state that is actually unsafe for my family to walk on. They are pathological liars who make endless excuses while they sit on your money and do absolutely nothing. I am disgusted that a company this predatory is allowed to operate. Hiring them was an expensive, heartbreaking disaster that has caused me nothing but stress and financial loss. DO NOT TRUST A SINGLE WORD THEY SAY. They are unprofessional, unethical, and completely incapable of performing the simplest tasks. I am coming for every cent I lost and I will make it my mission to ensure nobody else falls victim to their blatant theft and bottom-tier "workmanship." GET YOUR CONTRACTORS ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PROPERTY TRASHED AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DRAINED.

2 years in a row I have tried to hire these folks. They never call back. So i tried again, called them and talked to Mike. He said your info is in my car, can I go get it and call you right back? "Sure I say" . Guess what...NO CALL BACK - AGAIN. Moving on to someone else. How unprofessional!

Lance and his crew do a very professional job. And they plow snow too! Very reasonable rates. We've kept them on plowing our driveway for over 15 years. They are always prompt and flexible.

I hired Fournier landscaping to put in a stone patio on my home in Addison. I met with the owner twice and received a price. He started late (without bothering to call). The work was acceptable. However he promised he would use polymeric sand, and did not. Also, they never put on the final coat of sand, after emailing me twice that they would be out, and never showed.

I paid the agreed upon sum immediately when it seemed to be finished (not knowing at that time they didn't finish with the polymeric sand. Shortly afterwards, I received a follow on bill for nearly $900 for repairing the damage their equipment did to my lawn, and nearly $400 to spread hey over an area less than 150 sf. Not to mention a charge of $25 per bale for hay (all of which was told to me was included.

I would not recommend Fournier Lanscaping for work. I am confident that there are many companies out there that will keep to their word.
