My mower broke down late last summer and DLT was immediately available to help me out for the rest of the season. Fast, reliable, and reasonably priced guys.

Great to do business with. Ordered mulch and topsoil from them. Great quality and didn’t skimp on amount of soil delivered. The personnel I dealt with were extremely polite and courteous. I definitely recommend them.

I so appreciate many things about Scott, but foremost his professionalism in returning my calls/texts and delivering things that I have needed in a timely manner. At times when he has been super busy, he has communicated that and I appreciate that beyond words. I feel like we live in a society now where most people don't even bother to reply when hey are unable to accommodate you.
He is not only professional, but he is personable, efficient and does things in a methodical manner; which I also very much appreciate.

I highly recommend Summit Property Solutions. Scott and his team maintain our lawn during the summer and plow, salt and sand our long driveway during the winter. I could not be more pleased with them. They are extremely reliable, and their work is top notch and reasonably priced.

Champlain Valley Site Works was awesome to work with from the day they showed up to give the initial estimate until they completed our retaining wall. They are very professional, go above and beyond with their services, and have a great attitude doing it. I highly recommend this company and we will use them again for any of our future landscaping needs.

Brian and his crew did an incredible job re-doing the deck at the place we rent. Not only was their work top notch, he was incredibly responsive (answering questions and communicating their building plan for the day). Having ongoing construction isn’t always the most ideal and they made it an absolute joy! Highly highly recommend!!

We hired Champlain Valley Site Work and Building to add stairs into the hill up from our driveway to our house and a patio. From the start Brian was excellent with communicating and bringing our vision to life. The team that did the project was exceptional from start to finish. They took so much pride in their work and made sure that we were happy along the way. Additionally, they were also just a pleasure to have do the job, our daughter was so entranced with watching them work and they treated her so kindly. We cannot recommend this company enough and will 100% have them back for future projects on our property.

Landscape Solutions is a blessing in my life! When I first moved in with my (now) late husband, he had everything in place and running smoothly - like maintenance of the yard, mowing, plowing, shoveling, fertilizing. When he suddenly passed away in winter 2022/2023, everything became my responsibility.
I had absolutely no idea what to do. So I did nothing, meaning I made no changes to any of the systems because as far as I could tell the systems were working.
I found out how wrong I was when I came home one Sunday and 1. Could not get into my garage with my SUV, and 2. Even though I walked through the snow that had been piled in front of my garage bays, I could not get from the garage and into my house without walking (in sneakers) on the cement walkway between the garage and the mudroom which was covered with literally 18” of snow. The snow was above my knees.
Sometime this fall I figured out I had to make some changes. I am so glad I found Landscape Solutions! OMG! They have saved my life! They completely clear my driveway without blocking any garage bays! They clear any and all walkways! They cleared/shoveled my stairs at both the mudroom, and front door entrances! Landscape Solutions is fantastic! I highly recommend this company. Jerry is very professional and pleasant to chat with. He is a man of his word and a good family man.
Seriously, I have been stressing about selling my home and finding someplace more manageable for one person. Thanks to Jerry and his team at Landscape Solutions, selling my home is no longer an urgent matter, my stress is greatly reduced. Thank you, Jerry and Team!

Very prompt with going from call to quote to mowing

Nothing negative about their workmanship and work ethic. Drizzling rain all afternoon and John was diligently brush hogging our field. Definitely will use them again in the spring on our gravel driveway!! Thanks Drew!!
