TCoyne Landscaping has maintained my property for over two years including mowing, trimming, aeration, cleanup, and sod installation services. Trevor is professional, he communicates well, and his work is consistent. I would recommend TCoyne Landscaping to anyone looking for property management services.

Trevor does great work, very professional and hardworking. I watched him work for hours when we were at the same property and the quality of work was outstanding, he knew how to handle the job! I definitely recommend Tcoyne landscaping to anyone looking for reliable landscaping services!

Trevor put down 14 yards of mulch in the 90 degree heat! He arrived in a timely manner with his coworker. They worked 11 hours to put it all down. They trimmed the bushes and did all the edging. The decorative rocks at the base of the downspouts were a nice touch. They did a great job. The yard looks beautiful. The price was reasonable. He and his coworker were courteous and professional.

I highly value when companies and workers that can conduct themselves appropriately when working on a clients house, so I am hesitant to recommend anyone. As a fellow business owner and tradesmen, homeowners often ask me if I know trusted companies that provide other Home Services. When it comes to Landscaping, I recommend TCoyne. We have now shared clients and I’ve never heard a complaint. You can trust them to mind their manners and your home. That’s hard to find.

We hired Karmic Landscaping last fall to transform our backyard into an enjoyable outdoor living space. Kris worked with us from design to completion and provided excellent ideas. As far as work ethic, he came when he said he would and kept us updated on progress along they way. Modifications needed to be made and we discussed possibilities before moving forward. We could not be happier with what Kris and his crew did for us. Our back yard was a mess with a major water run off problem and many large rocks piled in one area due to construction of our home. Kris came up with an idea for the yard and solved our run off by installing a French drain and re-grading the whole yard. He also move all the rocks to make it look like a natural landscape. He gave us a beautiful patio with a fire pit as well. Our new backyard is amazing and just adds so much to our home.We cannot wait to enjoy all his hard work. Kris and Karmic Landscapes did an AMAZING job and I highly recommend them. We are so pleased with his work, we hope to have him back in the spring to install a front walkway.

The entire team at Karmic Landscaping was hard-working and dedicated to creating a beautiful pool patio for us. He took our concepts, added his recommendations and was flexible dealing with changes and challenges along the way. Kris and crew did a phenomenal job installing the walkway and granite steps this past fall. When Kris arrived at my house to quote the job he took his time going over material options and gave great suggestions to help us stay in our budget. Showed pictures of his work and encourage us to stop by and see his work in person.
Dependable and true to his word he contacted us the day before to let us know when the material would be delivered,when he would start, and worked in some rainy weather conditions. During construction protected our newly paved driveway as we requested.

Very pleased with the professional job Chris and his crew did with installing my walkway. During the initial consultation he gave us alternatives that enhanced what we wanted the walkway to look like.

We are beyond thrilled with our patio. Kris and his team worked so hard to make our vision a reality and were extremely accommodating to all our changes and add ons. Their prep work is extensive and because of that we know our patio is going to stand up to harsh NH winters! They are meticulous in their work and didn’t leave until everything was perfect. I’ve been using these guys for all my spring and fall cleanups, seeding, mulch, and even snow plowing, and they’ve been consistently great. They show up when they say they will, the work is always done right, and the property looks noticeably better every time. Pricing is fair and communication is easy. It’s hard to find a company that’s reliable across multiple services, but they’ve been solid all around. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for dependable landscaping year-round.

I needed to turn and move our manure pile (horse and shavings). Their quote was good and they responded quickly. Came on Saturday and did the job in less than an hour with their tracked skid steer that, in the past, had taken hours with 4WD tractors. The job was done just as I asked and more complete than I had expected. No, it’s not fancy landscaping, but a job done right with a skilled operator with the right tools. Guess who I’m calling in the future.

We recently hired them to take down a tree that extended over our pool and could not have had a better experience. They fit us into their schedule on a busy Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon, the area was cleaned up and as if a tree never existed there. Very nice people to work with and very fair pricing. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience working with D&D Landscaping on a last-minute landscaping and pool area refresh project at my parents’ home before listing it for sale. The amount of work completed in a very short timeframe was honestly incredible.

The project included repairing and painting concrete around the pool area, hauling and installing 8 yards of river stone entirely by wheelbarrow due to limited access, general cleanup, landscaping, and even mowing the lawn before photography day so my parents wouldn’t have to worry about it. The transformation made a huge difference in the overall presentation of the property.

What impressed me most was the work ethic and professionalism. Dominic is already running his business with more drive, communication, and professionalism than many long-established contractors I’ve dealt with. He was willing to work late into the evening to get the project completed on time and truly cared about doing a great job.

His girlfriend, Kenadee, handled much of the admin side and was wonderful to work with — responsive and professional from the very beginning. The entire process from quote to contract to invoicing was streamlined and easy through QuickBooks, which made everything feel polished and efficient.

My parents were so happy with the results (and keeping the job in budget!) that they already plan to hire him again for projects at their next home. It’s genuinely inspiring to see someone so young building a business with this level of dedication and hustle. Highly recommend supporting this company!

We have a patio and retaining wall that was installed by a different contractor a few years ago. The foundation work was poorly done so we had a lot of issues with settling.

Eric and his team worked with me to determine what needed to be done to fix the problem, and how we could reduce costs through re-using materials. He included some additional upgrades that I would not have thought of, but will be important for longevity and safety.

Communication was continuous from first contact through project completion. All workers on site maintained a high level of professionalism and the attention to detail was excellent, they made sure the site was clean at the end of the day and the yard was re-enclosed for my dogs.

Start to finish I was really impressed, and I am super happy with the final results. I will definitely be using their services again for future landscape projects.

Update 9/2025, after about a year I had some mild settling, Eric had warned us ahead of time this was a risk with the repair. I contacted him and sent a few photos, a crew came out and addressed the problem no questions, and no additional charge. These guys stand by their work!

Northern Lights helped us with a sinkhole that developed in our previous patio. Erich, Shane and the different crews were a pleasure to work with in an especially difficult situation. The excavator operators are highly skilled and experienced with large equipment to identify and repair the improperly backfilled foundation. Eric and Shane provided design and product suggestions for the patio/deck and were accommodating to our aesthetic. The personable, hard working crews take great pride in their work. Erich, along with the supplier, patiently helped with quality selection materials. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, listened to our choices, kept an open communication with product information,options and details throughout the selection process.
The installation crew provided excellent workmanship, attention to detail throughout. They worked efficiently with every section of install, and well experienced. The team was pro-active with problem solving when something needed to be addressed and concerns were immediately resolved. They also took special care not to disturb growing vegetation.
