Although I have shopped at this greenhouse many times in the past, I will not be returning. I do not appreciate the attitude that I got from the short women with dark hair and grey roots. In am well aware of your strict MASK policy. However, it was hot in the greenhouse and I needed to pull down my mask for a few minutes just to breath and to try and stop the skin irritation that the humidity was causing with wearing this mask. This woman approached me to inform me that I am on private property and am required to wear the mask on the property. She was very rude with her body language and tone in her voice. I put the mask back on, and then she tells me ‘ there’s the door you can leave’. I never was even confrontational with her. I didn’t even say word. I would have just left but I had a cart full of plants and it would have been a complete wast of my time. I did not purchase all the items that I initially was going to and I did not continue to shop. I put more than half of the plants back and decided to get in line and leave. I understand that you have the mask policy, however you don’t have to be rude about it, there are polite ways of saying things to your customers. Also while in the greenhouse I noticed another employee taking a mask break. We are not supposed to be touching are face in public. If you really want to make sure your customers and employees are safe then maybe you should take that into consideration. Not everyone can wear a mask without it causing irritation, breathing issues, or anxiety. I have spent a lot of money at your place and will not be returning. I also have many friends that are customers of yours and they also will be taking their business elsewhere. I’m sure if this woman or any of your other employees continue to treat customers like this, then you will continue to lose business.

I love this nursery for purchase of houseplants. Nice selection and a surprise once in awhile. Nice pots. Prices are not big box prices but good and plants are healthy. Would definitely recommend!

Staff did not seem too knowledgeable unfortunately. Went in and asked for humidity domes aka plant bell covers. The associate said they didn't have any but would maybe be in stock later on in the year. After walking around the store I find the exact item I was referring to not more than 10ft away from where I was speaking with the employee. Yet $30 for 3 domes is much too expensive for me. So after finding an 8pack of them for $16 on Amazon I got the soil I came in for and left.

Super neat and quaint Nursery right in the heart of the downtown st. Charles area. Not only do they have quite a selection of plants: annuals, perennials, potted plants, artificial plants, hanging variety, indoor fixture, etcetera. But they also have a wide selection of cool knick knacks and accessories for your garden, office, or that one special spot that you've been looking for something. The employees are all very helpful and the entire experience feels very nice. Check this place out if you've never. I've driven past it thousands of times before I ever went there, and I regret not going sooner.

I have found a lot of plants here I haven't seen anywhere else. Some prices are a little high, but most are reasonable considering the size of the plants (hostas, for instance) and the variety. Many pottery options and lawn enhancers. The staff was very pleasant and attentive on this day

Despite a 40 minute drive was totally worth it. Even though they didn't end up having the plant we were looking for still found 2 plants we had been looking for. They were kind enough to take my info down for when they do get the plant. Everyone here was so kind and helpful the entire time, will for sure be back again and has become my favorite plant place now.

Heinz is my favorite place to shop for plants and the staff is FANTASTIC. I had an issue with my gift card and they fixed it quickly and were nothing but kind the entire time.

A little pricey but they have great garden stuff nobody else nearby has. And they have a good selection of house plants. Plus the staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely worth checking out.

Great selection of plants and decor- super cute store overall!!

First time I visited this large garden center. It has everything you need at reasonable prices. Also to note was the helpfulness of the staff. I was looking around to find something and one lady noticed me. I greatly appreciated her asking if I needed help and she sees enthusiastic about their products. Overall a good experience. I will be returning here for future gardening needs.

I don't have a green thumb at all but I came here and purchased a beautiful Fuschia Plant (49.99)and everyone I encountered was very helpful. I followed the instructions of the greenhouse associate to bring the plant in the house every night until 5/15 and water it everyday and give it plant food. I was so proud the first week went well and the plant was just beautiful. Week 2 - I noticed the plant looked withered so I placed it in shade and the soil was very wet so i skipped watering it 2 days and it basically shrived up and died and I haven't even had it 3 weeks. I think I'm just gonna stick to my artificial plants I could have purchased a bouquet of flowers and it would've lasted longer. I'm really sad about this!

Beautiful store. Amazing plants and some were exceptionally large. Average or maybe slightly more expensive than stores similar. Definitely in my top 3 stores in the state and i will become a frequent customer! Highly recommend to fellow plant lovers!

Very nice selection and plants always appear to be healthy and in great condition. I usually visit at least once or twice per summer/growing season.
I took off one star because I do think they are a little on the higher side as far as pricing goes

I appreciate Heinz Brothers very much. I have been a customer for a few years now. I am still learning how to maintain and care for my garden. Everytime I ask questions to any of their employees, I learn quite a bit. I appreciate the time they take to educate customers like me. Thank you very much!

I make a stop at Heinz brothers every other month due to being in that area. The houseplant selection is always clean, and well stocked per the season. The pots and decor are fun to look at, although some items can be on the pricey side. I haven't had a plant come home from heinz that had something wrong with it (gnats, under or over watered etc) if a plant I own didn't make it.. it was user error.😄

This place is fantastic! We were looking for a bird bath for weeks and most other garden centers had no inventory or just parts and pieces. Heinz had a large selection and we found exactly what we wanted. Customer service was unbelievable and staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I wish we had gone here first for our plants. Heinz's quality and selection far surpassed other nurseries we visited. Prices were reasonable too. We will go here first next year!

An amazing selection of plants for indoors and outdoors, plus everything you need to care for them, and landscaping decor. Huge place! Very helpful staff. It's always fun to visit Heinz Brothers Green House.

Large collection of beautiful flowers herbs , shrubs, trees and annual and perennial flowers.

Wow! I drove out specifically looking for a certain planter pot designer to add to my collection of his other designs and ended up staying for 3hours. What a special gardener’s oasis. Whatever you’re looking for, you’ll find it there. Huge selection of everything! So fun just exploring the place and knowledge, helpful staff. Thanks Terri and others. 5 stars!

I had such fun choosing flowers for my planters this year. Such a varied selection of both sun and shade plants.
