We had a wonderful experience with Cityscapes. Michael, James and Brittany were all super personable and easy to work with. We knew what our timeline was and when projects were expected to be completed. All work was done when they said it would be done. Excellent customer service and communication.

CityScapes are totally professional in dealing with their customers. There work is exceptional and the personnel are great to work with. The work was done in a timely fashion and just like many others we are having them do additional work for us.

Not our first job for this company and this one was relatively simple, as we replaced our plastic edging with curbing along with some fixing of drainage around our house. But for a company that has expanded so much while keeping such an excellent reputation, we found that the personable nature of the business, even for smaller jobs, was outstanding. From the initial phone call to in-person consult to the workers performing the labor, everyone was amazing. Big or small, they make sure you are getting exactly what you want and you receive outstanding treatment from start to finish!

We are SO HAPPY with our Cityscapes Landscaping project! It just keeps getting better and better as the plants fill in! We love having guests over to share the beautiful yard with others! Thank you Cityscapes Landscaping!

The owner, Stephen is so rude! They gave us a quote for aeration, weed control, and mowing that was good for 2 weeks. We verbally agreed while they were at our house, and a week later when we signed and returned it we were told that we missed out, they were full. Also asked them to do a small landscaping project and they lectured me about my tiny project to the point I had to hang up on them. It was the wildest display of ego and disrespect I’ve seen in a local business in a very long time. Don’t even bother calling them, they’re “way too busy for you”. Furthermore, we found another mowing service that was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive.

Had surgery n needed help w yard work. They edged the lawn every time, cleaned up debris n even asked if they cud spray for curbside weeds which was a huge help. My husband is picky about his lawn n he was very happy w the work they did for us. Wud highly recommend.

I use Hellman and Sons for both lawn care, sprinkler assistance and snow removal. Been amazing to work with the few heavy snowfalls we have had and saved me a lot of back pain from heavy snow lifting. I have not had a bad experience with any of the services I have received from them.

These guys are very professional and fantastic. I don’t personally use them for my landscaping service as I do it myself, but my neighbor does. They were doing a leaf cleanup on my neighbors property and some leaves blew over into my property and they went out of their way and cleaned them up. I was very impressed and they are very friendly.
