Every person that has come to the house to spray has been very nice. And they have been in uniform and very professional. Today they came and sprayed all of my trees and shrubs. I’m very happy with TruGreen.

POOR Service ALERT ‼ if you are in the True Green service area that is handled by the Lewisville Branch. Be aware that it's the worst service I ever experience with lawn care and tree scrub service. Unreliable Branch Serve horrible communication, or the lack of !!
Poor Customer Service from the national call center down to the Branch management. I will never sign up for True Green service in the Dallas Area again. The worst I've ever experienced
Huge turn over, I never seen the same tech twice. That says a-lot about Branch Management!!

Mr Aubrey is a lawn specialist from True Green assigned to help rejuvenate our lawn. He takes pride in his work, is customer focused & excellent at his assignment. We feel fortunate to have such a qualified individual assigned to assist us in turning our yard around.

It’s difficult to say which is worse, scenario one or scenario two. I’ll let you decide.
1. Tru Green came to the house and performed a granular fertilization service this week. It’s easy to see as often times you’ll see loose granules on the sidewalk. However, looking at my back yard, which was open, there wasn’t a granule anywhere to be found in the usual places. So I called and complained and two days later they came back to complete the service.
2. Once the service was completed, I immediately got a text message saying, “your free service has been completed”. Wait, what? I paid for that service so what about the service was free?

I have been using TruGreen for several years now and they have always done a great job with my lawn. My TruGreen expert has been Chris for the entire time and is very thorough and patient in answering my questions—We live in the country and I don’t have a sprinkler system for the approximately 1 acre they treat. This presents a challenge during some of the drier months, but Chris and the TruGreen app and customer service makes it easy to reschedule when needed. Very happy and will continue using TruGreen for my lawn and tree treatment.

Technician did a great job. He remembered me having new seed in my backyard during his spring visit and double checked with me to be sure I wanted the backyard treated today. That's good customer service.

Manuel was very professional and gave me good information about what he was doing before he started and what he did after he finished. He did what I expected, and was above and be all in his duties. I would like to have him every time for my treatments. Trugreens customer service has been outstanding since I have been using them.

The technician showed up early. He knocked on the door and he told me the problem. He treated the problem. Thank you for your quick response!
Today, October 2, 2025, they sprayed trees and scrubs. The yard is looking so much better and much healthier. Thank you!!

I’ve been using TruGreen for both mosquito control and lawn care, and I’m really happy with their service. The treatments have made a noticeable difference—my lawn looks healthier and the mosquito problem has been significantly reduced.

Their customer service is also excellent. Every time I’ve had a question or needed to reschedule, their team has been super helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. It’s great to work with a company that’s consistent, professional, and actually delivers results.

Not impressed with this service and canceled it 2024. Two years of service, the yard never improved. Followed some of the applications throughout the year. I bought a PH soil tester and found it to be incorrect. That doesn't happen over night. Slowly started treating the PH to bring it back into the correct range in January. Follow the guide below if you're having difficulties with your yard. Mr. Lemmon was the king of gardening back in the day.

Adonis knows the Virginia buttonweed we have been dealing with. He’s been here before and treated this weed. Spot treated some and realized the need to spray entire areas cause its so hard to find small start up weeds. I appreciate his thoroughness. He recommended not watering for 5-7 days so as not to dilute herbicide. Deserves a raise.

Awesome Awesome services offered by TRUGREEN. My yard was suffering from malnourishment and very acidic. TRUGREEN has been treating my yard for 10 months now and it's incredible the difference it has made. We just laid new sod and it's taken to the treated soil! Thanks TRUGREEN for everything!!!!

Another solid visit by Truegreen. Today the technician was Aubrey and he was great! Very friendly and took the time to explain what he was going to do and see if we had any questions. After he was finished he again stopped by to let us know he was done and to see if we needed anything else. He’s a great representative of your company!

This is my first time using not one but two lawn care professionals. I chose true green because weedx didn’t answer the phone. So great first step. We just had our first treatment to get rid of crabgrass and dalis grass so if it fails you will know about right here.

I was a TruGreen customer in the past but decided to try another company after noticing the prices climbing. Unfortunately, that change left me with an embarrassing brown yard for over a year. I’ve now decided to return to TruGreen with only a $6 a month difference,, and I couldn’t be happier.

My first service back included aeration which my lawn desperately needed., My technician, Jonathan, was thorough, polite, and very professional. It reminded me why I trusted them before. When I had them, my lawn was always one of the greenest on the block. I’m glad to be back and looking forward to seeing those results again.

TrueGreen resolved all of our issues and our lawn looks great. Joe Sumpter was amazing. Now I will say these pictures may not do it total justice but we have not had rain in 2 months and have had 100+ degree weather for two months.

First time I asked them to come spray ONLY for stickers. no other service, just killing the sticker weeds. I called to make sure this information is written down / relayed to the technician. The day before they come to your house you do get a text message giving you notice- the message said they would be fertilizing my lawn. I called again to reiterate I ONLY need sticker weeds killed. When they came out- my receipt said they sprayed for Dallisgrass- NOT sticker burs.

So they came out again for free to fix it- I sat in my house watching the technician sit in his truck, he never sprayed anything at all…. 20 Minutes goes by, I get a text message saying my service for spraying for Dallisgrass is complete.. 1) I WATCHED THEM not even spray at all 2) AGAIN not the weed I asked to be taken care of.

I call AGAIN asking for my service to be re done again. They come out- yes for free- and Again my receipt says they sprayed for Dallisgrass after the THIRD TIME I asked for ONLY sticker burs to be sprayed. How difficult is this ONE request??? As a bartender if I mess up a customers drink 3 separate times I’m definitely getting in trouble. I can’t even blame them, TruGreen is a huge company I highly doubt they pay their employees enough. The customer service people over the phone were really helpful and kind! But my only request wasn’t taken care of after 3 attempts.

Yesterday 05/11/2023 I terminated my Trugreen lawn services. They had completely destroyed my beautiful Saint Augustine lawn. TruGreen's customer service is a failure!!! I had made 4 calls requesting a supervisor, Manager or Lawn expert to come to my property and look at my lawn because its been deteriorating since 08/25/2022 after a Trugreen's lawn application. I did not receive a call from anyone regarding my requests until I threatened to cancel my subscription. TruGreen should be more attentive to their customers. I will include negative comments on TruGreen's website, the Better Business Bureau, and the Department of Customer Affairs.

I don’t know who my technician is but he has cancelled my service date 3 times. Each time for reasons that do not exist. Said that there were landscapers on my property when he showed up. Well I do all the landscaping so there’s no way that’s true. I see all the good reviews but at this point my tech hasn’t been to my property since the very first treatment. The also said they should up and did an aeration which did not happen. I have cameras on my property and no one showed up the day they marked it complete. I wish I had the same experience as many others but at this point this company is just a scam.
