Ive been to them all, and nobody does it better than Charlie at Massey's. He has transformed my lawn. For years I stuck with other services wondering why my lawn didn't look like the lush lawn I'd always hoped for. One day my new lawn service brought me a Massey sign and told me about Charlie. He didn't even know Charlie. All my lawn guy knew was whoever was providing service was outstanding and his name Charlie.So I called, and I couldn't be happier. My lawn looks amazing!!!!

I have greatly appreciated the lawn service provided by Charles. He has been very professional and courteous, and he is willing to go over any problems the lawn may have and providing a solution to them. My lawn has been a challenge, but has greatly improved.

Charlie is the best. Everyone around us has those purple flowers growing in their yard but, not us. Charlie keeps them away. Our grass is green and weed free all the time thanks to Charlie and his expertise. I highly recommend him and Massey.

I have been with Massey for several years now. I have termite, tree & shrub and lawn service with them. Technician Charlie is the absolute BEST!!!! Very knowledgeable and informative. He takes his time and makes sure every need it met. I did have Massey’s irrigation service at one time, however the response time took many weeks and i simply could not wait that long for repairs.

Charlie is the best. My lawn and gardens look great. Bugs and weeds are under control. His monthly visits are thorough and professional. He always checks in to report what he did and all of I want anything else.

Today Massey took out the termite pods and left big holes in my yard. Not to mention they didn't even notify us they were doing so. I had to come home and find dirt across my walkway to find out. Not pleased with this kind of service.

Since I have been using Massey Services, my lawn is looking fabulous. Charlie, the Tech, addresses all problems he sees immediately and also the ones I point out to him. My lawn remains weed and pest free.
Charlie is knowledgeable and professional. I get a lot of compliments on my lawn and others in my neighborhood have taken up hiring Massey because of it. Of course your lawn service is as good as the Tech and Charlie has proven he takes pride in his job. Thanks Massey and Charlie for listening to your customers concerns and being professional.

We are delighted to give Charlie a 5 star review because it gives us the opportunity to express our gratitude for the outstanding work he has done on our lawn for over 12 years! In spite of the awful clay-based soil, our lawn is lush and beautiful! In fact, the young man that edges our walkways and flower beds says that ours is his favorite lawn because it makes his work look amazing! It is obvious that Charlie’s knowledge, experience, and work ethic contribute greatly to his success and his value to Massey Services and its customers.

We love Massey Services! We currently use their lawn and pest care services but have also used their irrigation services. We wouldn't want anyone other than Charlie Aube to care for our lawn. He is THE best!!

We love Massey!! We built our house in 2018, and have had Massey from the beginning!
Everything was explained from the start, they treat everything that crawls, flies etc.
We have five cats and they assured us that their products that they use are not toxic to our cats, which is so important, cuz our cats love it outside.

Our yard tech is Charlie.... And let me tell you, he is the man!!!
He was our first technician that we've had, so I feel we are family!!!
He is so kind, he is funny, and so reliable, which to me ....that is 5 star service. He always calls the day before, because of the cats, I have to round them up and bring them in, he knows how important that is.....he never fails.
He is so knowledgeable, he can talk a mean bug story!!
If he doesn't know, he sure will find out!!

He was thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, I learned a lot about pest control and what to look for in my home. He is a great addition to your team. Well done, James.

We had Massey take over our lawn care approximately 9 months ago, due to our lawn looking worse every year since we moved in 4 years ago. The lawn technician showed up early, looking very professional, and told us he could have our lawn looking great in a period of a few months. After educating my wife and I, and giving us a course of action to follow with mowing and watering, our lawn is now the best lawn in the neighborhood ! Or technician ( Charlie Aube ) is an absolute Doctor when it comes to lawncare. This lawn has never looked better. My neighbors are all envious of my now perfect lawn ! Outstanding service! Our technician, Charlie, calls prior to coming out to address any concerns we have. He also takes the time to check in the day of service to let us know what was done. We have seen a great improvement in our lawn and will continue to use Massey!

Charlie has been great at providing lawn service to my home through Massey's for a number of years. Since I am back-and-forth between Ohio and Florida, he takes the time to give me a call when he notices things going on with my yard that I may not be aware of. Charlie is a great lawn tech, and I hope he continues to provide such services for years to come.

I hired Massey to treat my lawn a little over a year ago. My St Augustine grass was having a bad fungus disease problem and chinch bugs were causing damage too. The technician that is assigned to care for my lawn is Brian Biesiadecki. Brian has done an excellent job and now my lawn is thick and lush with beautiful color. He takes the time to answer my questions and I would say the service is worth the price charged.

We have been using Massey Services for 6 years. Charlie and Bo have done keep our lawn health and looking great.
We also use Massey for termite prevention.

Charlie Aube is a great employee of Massey always kind, courteous, takes that extra moment to talk with you about your lawn and what would work best for your troubles with your lawn. I’m always happy to see him and he does a great job. Our house also has Massey sub terrain termite baits around our house.
