A deposit was taken on a job in mid-November. After the holidays (we were told the person would be away until after the holidays) , I could not reach that person. I was "told" that she was "ill" and in the "house," in the back. A second, mid-January visit to the nursery led to the job being "assumed" by the next staff member with enthusiasm. It was not to be. Calls were never returned. A third visit to the nursery was also enthusiastic and the job once more renewed. Then same thing. Calls never returned, phone not answered. I don't get it. Now, in early March, I'm done and looking to get my deposit back. I am thankful it was only $106.00! Advice? Go someplace else. These people seem to running something, but, whatever it is, it is not a nursery equipped to handle a relatively modest job (5 large pots with appropriate plants).

Love it, the owner is helpful and knowledgeable. We came home with several plants and great information.

Great design, professional service fair prices! Both my sister and I asked Rick to design and install new gardens in the front of our homes. He did wonderful designs for us based on our different styles and we were both very satisfied with every aspect of the job. We recommend him very highly.

Very disappointed! I never do reviews but I feel I have to here and if I could give less than one star, I would!

I went there in April to get a design done for a complete overhaul of the landscaping in my front yard. Met with Lyn, she seemed very helpful and interested in designing our new landscape. Said she was going on vacation for 2 weeks but would have time to work on it while travelling. I told her no hurry because we were having an addition put on, a new roof and getting the house painted and the landscaping would be last. She said great, to please send her pics and dimensions of the house and yard, which I did (on May 1st) and that we would have something shortly after she got back from vacation. Nothing! No response, no e-mail, no return calls despite my attempts to contact her and follow up, still NOTHING!

I about gave up but thought I'd give it one more shot because I have heard good things about them. So, we are done with all the construction, painting, etc so I physically went there last Friday, 8/18/17, because forget about them answering the phone! After ringing the bell 3X and about 10 minutes of standing there, someone came out and I asked for Lyn, she came out. I said I don't know if you remember me, she said yes Yacht & Country Club and "Wow are you one patient person". I told her we were ready for landscaping and wanted to move forward. She said great, but my computer died on me and I'm going to pick up a new one right now at Staples. Said she would look at e-mails, pics, etc and would have time to work on it over the weekend because of the bad weather we were going to be having. I said great, when can I expect to see something, she said Sunday evening, Monday morning. Left there feeling hopeful that she actually would come through. But here we are a week later and not only have I not seen anything from her as far as a design but again, no e-mail, no phone call, again NOTHING! And yes, I have tried calling there multiple times and the phone has not been answered even one time! I even sent an e-mail to follow up with her and said if she didn't have time to do it, to please let me know, and yep, NO RESPONSE.

I am just shocked at the lack of professionalism and disregard for a customer. So, after 3+ months of waiting with not so much as one bit of communication from them, I will take my business to someone who wants it and appreciates their customers.

The owners are very rude and disrespectful, they belittle and act as though they're above and better then other's. Would not do business with this company, I'd recommend using a better more qualified company. They scam you out of money.

Quality work and responded quickly

High level of professionalism made my landscaping look great. My dogs highly enjoy their new lushes plump grass.

Job well done! Well Groomed Lawns made my waterfront home look like a tropical resort. 10/10 would use them again for all of my landscape needs.

Took on numerous homes on our street after buying out the previous landscaper, immediately service goes downhill after 1-2 months and the new crew or mix of existing crew starts spraying grass killer everywhere, we have dead patches all around, and they start butchering the privacy hedges. They cut corners to save time, and it shows. Moving on.

Amazing customer service and even better job performance. These guys are the best!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They even found my lost dog. These guys go above and beyond.

Took great care in cleaning up & then maintaining my mothers yard in preparation of her selling her home. They were professional & punctual, very straightforward. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service and customer care. The man I spoke to asked if there was any roaming ducks in my yard when I set up my initial appointment.. found it weird but I guess they’ve ran into that before lol very friendly and reliable company all in all. Makes it easy to set up continuous services with the online auto billing feature they have. Happy I found them and highly suggest

The guys do a great job cutting the grass, edging,etc. Also cut back shrubs, bushes, and tree branches as needed. Price is reasonable and lawn crew is friendly and professional.

Dylan and his team are professional, communicative, and diligent. I recommend these guys to anyone in the area.

Well Groomed Lawns did a good job until I canceled service mid-July 2025. I canceled service because their prices were going up and I found another company cutting lawns in my neighborhood for much cheaper. I told him in advance that I wanted to cancel service, which was a mistake, then they never showed up for the last week of service which is this week. I made numerous calls because my lawn was overgrown and neither Dylan nor James returned my calls. In my opinion, they should’ve honored their commitment and cut the grass this week, but they chose not to. That is not honorable in my opinion.

Live and learn to never cancel service until the end of the month.

The guys at Classic Lawn & Tree did a great job cutting down a large palm and trimming the large oak tree in our yard. They also gave us a free quote before we decided to book a day for them to come. Everything from their pricing and scheduling to the work and cleanup was great. Will definitely be having them come back to do some more work in the future. Highly recommend!

Nice supervisor and crew. I've been using them for a few months now, and I have the nicest lawn in the neighborhood!
