LOVED this place! Karin was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I found everything I needed and she gave me tons of information. If I could, I would come everyday just to hang out! I will definitely be back!!!

I'm responding to the last review before me- I think this person might have had a bad experience or someone having a bad day?? My husband(MILITARY) and I first went into the garden place after calling around looking for some mulch,manure,natural matter. We called first to ask questions which KARIN the owner spent about 10 minutes just giving us suggestions! when we went there we had to wait a few for one on one assistance on a busy sat. then karin personally spent 30 minutes with us.she knew a lot about all kinds of gardening issues and we spent $50. Not a lot considering the personal time spent with us. try getting 30m out of an employee at lowe's,home depot!! and u spend at least that $. she employs a few people and they are frequently busy so I try stop in early to get more personal time. its a small business that I have seen many times giving personal service to its large amount of customers. yes prices are bit higher than the big stores but worth it just for the service. never once have I heard any negativity towards military, I'm in there at least twice a month because I make an all natural body,bath care line and karin asked me(on my first visit) to bring some my items in to sell there, without wanting anything in return. I now give her 20% to be fair(electricity is not free). I buy some of my herbs and plants for my natural line from her. I am a stay at home military wife and mom of 4 have lived in clarksville area for 7 yrs now. I've shopped at all the nurseries and big home stores and overall Garden place is a good small business. Everyone has a bad day from time to time so maybe that last reviewer didnt get the normal service I have seen there so often. Everyone deserves a second chance!

Karen is wonderful, and has great knowledge when it comes to plants and horses! Love to shop her store and could spend all day talking with her! Totally recommend Garden Place for all your yard or farm needs!

I went to every single garden shop and nursery in Clarksville to purchase plants and decor for my yard, and this was by far the best one! They were the first to get stuff in, they had the best selection, their prices were comparable with the big chain stores, and they were the nicest and most helpful when I came in. They had fruit trees that no other place in Clarksville sold, and many unique statues, feeders, chimes, and other fun lawn items that weren't like the things everyone else is selling. They were also the only place other than Lowes that gave a military discount, which our family always appreciates.

Great people, always love to support Mom and Pop stores...but can probably get better plants and prices at Lowe's

This is the place to go for all your plant and gardening needs. Everyone here is awesome! I can't wait to get back there when the weather gets warmer, and I really get into Sprucing up my yard.
I'm also on this plant kick with everything I have growing inside my house, and am very excited about going back here to get everything I will need to spoil all my plant babies...and then some.

I love this place! Karin, Ashley and Alex are awesome and super helpful. If you have questions, they have the knowledge. Their plant and material selections are superb and if they don't have what you're looking for you probably don't need it! Would recommend this place to anybody!

Karin is the best! We will never get our gardening stuff anywhere else, the service is spectacular! Her willingness to educate if you are confused or new at something is genuine. My kids love going here just to visit. Could not recommend this place more!

We were quoted $3500 by a landscaping company to redo our front lawn landscape. We decided to come here to see if a DIY project was possible. The staff at the The Garden Place was absolutely phenomenal. They took a lengthy amount of time to help us choose plants that we could plant and upkeep ourselves and even taught us how to edge. They were very knowledgeable and kind. Best part about it? We walked out spending less than $500 and with a beautiful lawn. We will definitely be back in the future!

Outstanding products, and a wealth of knowledge about anything plant related. Not to mention the Outstanding customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond, when it comes to finding exactly what one needs for their next gardening project. I have found a place for all my needs. I picked up a Honey Crisp apple tree and a Crepe Myrtle which I could not find the apple tree anywhere else. For the size of the tree I thought it was a great price. I will be going there again for another tree and all the organics I need to close the garden out in the fall. Great service and they explained in detail on how to get the trees looking and producing the way I wanted.

Wonderful place!! I wish I could give 10 stars. They are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I bought two types of roses and a ton of other plants that turned out beautiful! I love that they are very family oriented as well!

Charming shop with an extraordinary amount of varied inventory. I go for horse feed (and there's a large selection), but the cute decorative items they have are super tempting! Wonderfully friendly owner and staff. Love just being there to chat.

This was our first visit and definitely won't be our last! I cannot say enough about this place!!!!! I would give them 100 stars if I could!!!!!

Love the place. Prices are a bit higher but the quality and variety of the plants more than makes up for it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about everything youre going home with. Would rate 6/5 if possible
