Our lawn always looks fabulous after they finish. They do an excellent job for the price. We searched around for a good lawn service and Clean Cut Lawn Service is one of the best in Clarksville.

Called last minute since the person I hired did not even show up or call to cancel. Brad was very courteous and kind. They came out, did the job and a great one at that! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Was quoted $65 for a grass removal job, which was far from reasonable. Scheduled to come between 9:00 and 9:30am, I received a text message at 9:15 saying that his "mow schedule was overbooked and removal wasn't as time effective" after I had already been booked with him. 0/10 would not recommend with only 2 interactions I had with the owner. That is not how you do business.

I hired this company (owner Brad Shoemaker) to keep up.my elderly mother's yard. When I reminded Brad about keeping the bushes trimmed he said it would be an extra $100.00 (a 10 minute job). I specifically asked if the bushes would be included before hiring Brad and he said yes.
Before this, my mother didn't have the correct dollar amount so she overpaid. He didn't come back with her change. Instead he waited for me to find him and said he would mow her yard instead of givng her change back. He said it was an honest mistake; he forgot.
After this last incident of him not keeping his word to keep the bushes trimmed, it is clear Brad is not an honest businessman. I will be reporting him to the BBB and contacting the media.
It's a shame businesses prey on the elderly.

Clean Cuts friendly team delivers a nicely cut yard. They are receiving this rating because I would say if they are available book them. They are well worth it.

This is not going to be a negative review! We have had very poor experiences with Lawncare services in Clarksville over the last 5+ years. We recently started using Clean-Cut, and the difference is mind-boggling. We have almost two acres of lawn and it’s not an easy job. I am disabled, so I cannot do the yard maintenance that I would love to do, and that adds to the chore of the Lawncare team. Brad’s crew came in, double-cut the lawn, mulched all the Magnolia leaves, edged all around the property, and did it in an unbelievably short time.
I am extremely happy with this service. I use them weekly. Of course there are some days that they are not going to make it due to inclement weather throwing schedules behind and off. I totally understand that.
If Brad continues to offer this kind of service, I will sing their praises to the tops of the mountains!

Horrible customer service and flat out rude. Made excuses not to cut grass saying he just has way too many customers and not enough equipment!! Well if you have all these customers would t you be able to get more equipment to be able to take on more customers?? But it's ok we found a great lawn guy to take care of our lawn while we were out of town with no issues!! Thanks for making it easy to not choose you! And trying to charge us more money and was bashing my husband because he said it would be $50 but then waits weeks to take it out of our account and then mowed but did a horrible job! When we asked him to mow another section of the grass he refused because it would be too hard on his equipment?! Haha wow, we found another lawn care place to do it cheaper than what he first quoted us and did a 100 times better job!

Set appoint to set a bi-weekly service on Fridays with Brad, On the day of the service we texted when was he going to be here, was told 3:30ish, at 5:30 hadn't heard anything so I text again, got a call that led to Brad yelling at me for not understanding why he hadn't been to my house yet. Told me to go ahead and post a negative review because he didn't need any more business. Such a weird experience.

Hired them to mow my backyard which hasnt been mowed all year, so can only imagine what a mess it was. They offered me a pretty resonable price and even offer to my front lawn for no additional charge. The crew was very friendly, got the job done quickly and neatly. Would use their services again and recommend them to someone else..

I have been using this service for going on 3 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Even on an as needed basis, I've not run into any issue scheduling services. The owner is communicative and the crew's quality of work is noteworthy. If you're in the market for routine lawncare services, I highly recommend giving this company a try.

Worst customer service ever. Had to call an text numerous times just to get my grass cut on schedule. Then on top of that after I texted the owner to see why they forgot about my yard. He told me to get someone else to cut my grass. Either he’s racist or does not care about his business an picks an chooses who’s lawns he wants to care of. I’ve been in Clarksville since I joined the military back in 2006 an I have never been treated like this by a lawn care service company. Do not book him spend your money where the business will appreciate you as much as you appreciate them.

Brad made time to take care of my yard on short notice and do an amazing job! Fair price and friendly are the things that immediately stood out with my experience. Highly recommended!

These guys are top notch. Quick to get to your yard, quick while they're there. Clean. They don't leave grass around. Alot of companies do. They chop down foliage that most companies don't deal with. Those companies call it "treeage". If these guys can take it out, they will. Can't say enough about these dudes. I discovered them on my last deployment to AFG. They took care of my yard well. I've used a handful of companies. These guys are the best.

The owner and his crew worked with my husband to set up a schedule to mow and maintain our yard while he was deployed and I was pregnant. They showed up every single time, gave us a great rate as a thank you for my husband's service, and even helped me unload groceries from my car when I was as big as a house at the end of my pregnancy. Mr. Shoemaker is wonderful both as a service provider and as a person. My family was lucky to find him as deployents are stressful enough without having to keep up with my jungle lawn. I wish I could find some one half as great here at Fort Polk. Sincerely, Sara

Brad and his crew have been maintain my yard for years now. Yes like everyone else I tried to do it my self one day I might cut most of the yard another day I might pick up most of the trash and once or twice a year I would get around to trimming but I never seem to get it all done at once so my yard was mostly an eye sore. So I did the math and it simply did not work out in my favor by the time I purchased a GOOD riding mower I could simply pay Clean Cut to do for several years LOL. Now I hear the gate drop mowers start and in just a few minutes my whole yard looks great Trim work and all lol. I strongly recommend Clean Cut to anyone who desires a great looking yard but simply does not have the time to do it or anyone like me who simply hates yard work and would rather do anything else. Thanks Brad for keeping my yard looking great and I am sure my neighbors appreciate it too.

I usually push mow my yard but we had a lot of rain and my grass got out of hand. I contacted Clean Cut and they offered to fit me into their schedule. The day they were supposed to come it rained more than was expected and they understandably rescheduled. For 2 more days they rescheduled showing up on the 3rd day to look at my yard in the early morning and drive away. I texted asking if they were coming back and they didn't reply for 2 MORE days. They had the gall to tell me my yard was "a little extreme" and requested more money than was originally quoted. Thankfully, I wisened up and had contacted another company to mow my yard. Which I should have done days before. But I made the mistake of believing that the guys with Clean Cut would do what they said they would do. But instead of being honest with me and telling me they couldn't fit me into their schedule they dragged me along, letting my yard get worse than it was when I had initially called to get more money out of me. Just bad business practice.

Had to use the services of Clean Cut Lawn Services for a few months. They were excellent and very punctual for the time and scheduling. They moved things around my yard to get were I neglected without even asking. Very courteous and even when I was not there they took care of it. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of lawn care. Great Job!!!!

Brad truly hooked me up! Responsive, professional, quality work & affordable!! Despite my poor planning, he was able to cut my fiancé’s yard as a surprise the same day I called. He handled the out of state transaction in a matter of moments. If I lived in Clarksville, I would only use Clean Cut Lawn Service. Thank you, Brad!

Amazing!! They were super nice, did an awesome job, and i couldn’t be happier! I called them while I was at work, and they came out to my place while I was working. Paying over the phone made it so easy, and it was great to come home to a nice yard after working all day! Will definitely be using them for any other yard work i need done!
