Today was my first visit to Willow Green Acres based on a recommendation from a friend. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. They have a great selection and their prices are very competitive.

Beautiful plant selection, very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I bought 4 trees and 2 bushes. Two of the trees died before the first year. They replaced one of them, and since then another has died. Even though I watered them as directed. Very expensive mistake.

Pulled up just as they were locking the door (5:03pm) - I was told to come back when they’re open. This is really hard to do for honest working folk. I will be spending my landscaping dollars at a place that actually wants them.
I guess they made enough on the new construction. -
WGA is awesome! We have purchased many trees here over many years. If you need trees, shrubs or other landscaping needs, check them out!

Wow wow wow I absolutely love this place!!! Kevin is great. One of the last places you can get great customer service. I won't buy my trees anywhere else!

I have been looking for a Viburnum bush and they had three different ones I picked a Koran Spice for the flowers and fragrance. A one gallon pot was priced reasonable and had it planned by same evening it was bought. Big selection of trees and shrubs. I was late for the flowers and veggies.

We came in on Saturday and Josh helped us pick out two yellow wood trees and figure out some other options for our yard as well. We were very grateful for his knowledge and helpfulness. A good customer experience is a bit of a lost art, but it is alive and well in Rogersville at Willow Green Gardens.

Just got a few trailer loads of top soil and compost for our garden. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They also sell different kinds of plants, parents bought some nice trees from them. Great place

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took great care to help me pick out my trees and give me all the information I need to get them properly planted. They also had the better pricing on what I wanted compared to other nurseries.

I have very little experience with working with trees. Every time I have tried, it has been a trial/error process. I went in for advice, price estimates, and to see what options were available to me. Ryan took us to look at a few recommended trees and planting advice (watering needs, ideal planting times, root system concerns, growth speeds and ice concerns). He was very helpful and informative. Considering some of the prices that I have seen elsewhere, this place is well within reason.

For design I give them 5 stars for customer service two stars. I contacted Willow Green for two projects. My good experience with the first influenced me to contract with them for the second and much bigger project. By the time they started it was late into the fall and they were ready to collect the third and last installment in the winter the project was not completed. I understood because of the weather & adjusted the final payment accordingly. My issue with customer service has to do with them working with me in the spring to finish. I called in May to set up the appointment and was told someone would call me back. I waited two weeks and called again, this time a woman told me that someone would call - never did. From my perspective, to complete my project, would be small job and they were too busy. I'll never call them again for landscaping. I felt I was a good customer paid both projects when jobs were completed and worked with them and their schedule for my humble home I had spent thousands of dollars with them. There are plenty of others who would like to have my business.

Great location, beautiful place, & quite the variety. Prices seemed reasonable from what I noticed.
We were watched intently while in the Garden Shop. I’m not sure if there is issues with theft or the staff was trying to gauge whether we needed help or…we weren’t welcome. That’s my only concern. No hate. It’s just worth noting for others.
But, I digress; it did prevent us from spending too much on plants. Haha. -
This company has a great assortment of plants to choose from that is true, but they do not honor their 1 year garentee. We bought 4 trees an 2 plants and all but one tree survived. We followed all watering directions without fail, and they will not replace the tree. They have no integrity. I will never promote or patronize this business again. Not recommend.

My husband and I just bought some trees from the nursery at Willow Green and have been really happy with them. The trees are beautiful and healthy looking and the staff has been great about helping us with advice and planting. They even came out to our place when we had some questions and problems after our new trees got tossed around by some nasty weather the night after we planted them. I would definitely recommend these folks for trees. So helpful and patient!! Exceptional service.

Very helpful service guy. Easy choices for trees - all sizes and prices. Great little shops too. They have me a 1 year guarantee on my tree. We're on year 3 and that tree is getting bigger and more beautiful every year. Autumn Blaze Maple. I'll be back for more.

We just discovered this nursery and what a find! The employees were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated one young lady (Kelsey?), she helped me load two trees, wrapped them in burlap, answered a few questions, and sent me on my way. What a great experience! Thank you!!

We always enjoy shopping the selection of trees and bushes here.

So far we have had a great experience with WGA. Someone greeted me within minutes at the garden center then they got an expert. Jen gave me great advice on what type of pear trees to get. I paid extra and they, arranged dig right, delivered and planted my tree! It looks like it was planted properly, the tree looks healthy, and they were respectful to our property. We would definitely buy more trees from them in the future.

Willow Greens had the kind of trees I was looking for. Even though it was a 30 minute drive to get to them I figured it was worth the drive, I never took into account I would need them to feel the same. After buying the trees and planting them, I was struggling with how to care for them as they were dying. After 2 messages, 1 email, and 2 phone calls begging for help so my $300 wouldn't go to waste and my trees die, I never received any return call or email. I offered multiple times to pay for a landscaper to come to my house, but no one would help me. The second time I called, the man on the phone said there would be no guarantee that anyone would call me back, and they didnt. I don't yell, I don't cuss, I did politely beg and wait for a response. If you are a nice person and a single woman, please stay clear of this place

Aya helped me and my husband look at trees for our backyard landscape design. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and found us several options. We appreciated her time in helping us.
