After my own mower threw a belt, I called Shawn from 417 and just hoped he could mow my neighbors and my own yard before they got back from having their first child. Without hesitation, he replied he was around the corner and was mowing within minutes. He then offered to help look at my mower, and then loaded it up on his truck and took it in for service. A true gentleman; he obviously takes pride in his work and community.

The best yard service I have ever used without question. Had great solutions to problems I thought would be much more difficult to solve. Very friendly and beyond knowledgeable of every item in my yard from the smallest weed to the tallest tree. I can't recommend highly enough.

They did a really great job until I switched to bi-weekly mowing. After I switched they didn’t cut it as short, things were left in weed-eated, and I never knew what day they were coming which is hard because I work 12s and have dogs that needed to be put up. Weekly service was great though.

They are very professional and great. I love how my lawn looks after they have come by. They are quick too because they have gotten it down to a science. So glad I found them. Thank you so much for saving me time and physical work. I recommend them to everyone.

These guys are great, even with all the rain they have still managed to stay on schedule and keep my yard looking really nice this year. I appreciate all the work that they do and they are so fast and efficient then it’s hardly even noticeable that they were here Until you see how good the yard looks. I normally don’t write reviews but these guys were really great.

417 Mowing came to our rescue when our lawn mower had a flat. Shawn was even able to accomodate our tight schedule. I was very pleased, our large lawn area looked great and his team paid special attention to the details. You can count on 417 Mowing to do a professional lawn service.

I payed a premium price and got a not so good job, they have Stevie wonder using the weed eater, they never answer or return calls, they don't do what they say they will, they over charge you. If you use them I'm sorry and if you don't I suggest you you don't start. There really not professional at all in any aspect. I would only give them a half of a star if it were possible. Dale.

I have used 417 Mowing multiple times to mow my house and my rental properties in Springfield. They have always done a professional job. The yard looks fantastic and they blow the clippings off the street, driveway and sidewalks. I have them spray every year for weeds as well. I would very much recommend them to anybody looking for a really good lawn care company.

Used their services to mow my rental properties yard. Stopped their services as of November last year, after I sold the property. Settled my last invoice on 11/17. Come february of this year, they charged me almost 1,000 dollars on three separate charges. They could not provide a reason, or proof that i owed them that money. After calling and texting Shawn (Sean?) he was not able to provide proof of debt, or non payment. And am now disputing all their charges, as Shawn has now ceased contact. I am now hiring a lawyer. This is very bad business, and dirt poor customer service. Do NOT use this company.

We just moved into a new home and had questions about sod upkeep and irrigation. Sean came by within an hour to discuss. He took the time to educate us about our lawn, answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations for our next steps. He left us with good information to move forward ourselves if we wanted and didn't try to sell us on any monthly service. Good guy and very knowledgeable.

Awesome service. My yard over grown with grass and weeds most 2 - 3 feet tall. My mower was down. Called 417 and made an appointment. 417 came out and was able to reclaim my yard. Under time frame and UNDER quoted price. I would recommend 417 mowing to anyone needing yard work. Thanks 417.

I normally take care of my yard on my own, but my lawnmower broke on me the day before we were supposed to have a birthday party outside. I needed the yard cut bad, so I started calling all over town. No one answered. But Shawn (owner of 417 mowing) answered my call and personally came out and took care of my yard the very next day. The rate is very acceptable, to the point that I have decided to have them take care of my property weekly..I was pleased with the quality and the professionalism of 417 Mowing. Highly recommend!

My husband and I called 417 Mowing the morning of 12/31/21. They had a crew out to remove our leaves within the hour. The four man crew was amazing. They did our entire yard in 40 minutes. We would recommend them, definitely.

I reached out for a quote, they took that as being hired and showed up unannounced… TWICE. I got nothing in writing and no one officially scheduled, all I did was provide my info and never heard back. I hired another company who provided a quote and called me to schedule. By the time the mess was sorted out 417 Mowing only offered to take off $20 and charged me $90 for mowing a small backyard once and a small front yard twice. I highly recommend Ozarks Outdoor Solutions who had a quote in writing, very professional , and at a much cheaper rate!!! But they never got a chance to show up since my lawn had been mowed by these ppl first. Even a miscommunication should not cost me $90 with NO QUOTE, NO SCHEDULING. Ridiculous.

They did an awesome job with snow removal at our house. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend for snow removal projects!

Moved to the area and needed a lawn service. I looked on google for a mowing company and came across this company. Seemed super friendly on the phone. I was quoted $50 per mow every two weeks. They showed up to mow and mowed only the front yard. Then sent a text saying they would be back at the beginning of the week to mow the back since the mower they brought with them would not fit through the fence. I then called Monday afternoon to ask when to expect them since that day was pretty much over and said no one would be back until Wednesday. Then after I said that I might need to look elsewhere I was sent a schedule for Tuesday and every other Tuesday then after. Which at that point I was like, sweet this could work now. Then they came and mowed my yard the next day. I will say they do a good job of mowing. Later that evening I received a invoice for the service which was for $75 dollars. I text the number on the invoice just to make sure what the charges were for because I could understand the half yard last week and full this week for $75 but I got a response that $75 would be the normal mowing charge. When I informed them I was told $50 from the previous interaction and that’s what was agreed upon they sent me a screen shot from a different conversation trying to explain that bi weekly or overgrown yards costed more. This was set up bi weekly but that price was never discussed. I told them to take me off the schedule and said I would be looking elsewhere. Communication and clarity is vital in a business. As far as the work goes they did wonderful but the lack of transparency on price ruined it.

The crew that takes care of my lawns is awesome. They are very responsive and professional. I would recommend this company for all of your lawn needs. I am a very happy residential customer.

My neighbor saw them and how they act and came out and signed out for lawn care as well. That is a testament to how the weekly experience goes.

Highly recommend these guys! We have had their services over five years, now and they never disappoint at doing a complete and thorough job. Even when their schedule is tight, they never fail to execute mowing, trimming, cleanup, as well as providing prompt and competitive quotes for any additional services involving planters, the lawn,etc. . They offer prompt and personal communication when necessary, improving not only the level of satisfaction, but the results as well!

Our yard is always kinda rough for the first cut of the season, especially if there's been a decent amount of rain. Called 2 different reputable lawn services and received no response. Called 417 Mowing and asked if it was possible to get my yard done by the weekend(this was on a Wednesday). They said they'd try to get it in before then. Well, my wife texts me just an hour or so later saying they already came and did a fantastic job. This is above and beyond what you expect from a busy lawn service company. Highly recommended!

We have used a couple of lawn services in the past, and we stumbled upon 417 Mowing earlier this year. The company is professional, and they are flexible in scheduling. One thing that we like, is the mowers make sure to blow the grass clippings off the street. The mowers get the job done extremely fast, and they make the yard look like it's one of the best on the block. We highly recommend using this service!
