Craig came to provide a free quote on a Friday and did a great job providing ideas and suggestions on the spot. He then sent us a quote by Monday morning. He was able to start our job early and him and his crew were efficient, professional, and friendly. The landscaping looks amazing! Highly recommend Craig!

We worked with Craig for many years across a multitude of outdoor landscaping projects and always been extremely satisfied with his work. He’s done everything from simple mulch, mowing and weed control to drainage pipes, decorative stones, inground night lighting and patio improvements. I honestly don’t think there’s a landscaping project he can’t do!

Not landscape related but one of their vehicles was driving recklessly cutting off people on triplet. By my estimation going double the posted limit. Enough reason I'll never use them.

I transitioned from a small plastic drop in pond to a more natural, larger pond with the help of Mock Pond! Cari was very knowledgeable and always helpful. Love the pond store and free goldfish Fridays!!!

Yes, they do beautiful work, but an extremely unprofessional company. You can find just as good of work in this area other going with this company. I called to have a quote and the owner Jermey came out. When I was telling him my design he looked at me and said, you know this is going to be expensive. What’s your budget? Which at that point made me believe he didn’t feel I could afford it! Then it took him over a month and a half to provide me with a quote. I called the office twice regarding this - which I was told they are busy and they will get it to me. Towards the end of the month I received a EMAIL not a call stating, they will no longer be moving forward with quoting my job. I called the office and spoke with Tracy who was just as rude as Jermey. She stated, they have the right to deny any job. Which I respect. However, what I don’t respect is being promised a quote THREE times with zero follow through. In the end we found another company to do our ‘expensive’ job I must of not been able to ‘afford’! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless your ‘rich’ according to Jermey!

Five stars for the spring clean-up crews and the great work ethic they had. One star for their decision to stop doing spring clean-ups. I understand, as well as anyone, the difficulties facing employers in finding good (or any) employees in the current environment. It's tough! However, being a senior citizen with arthritis prevents me from doing this task myself, so it's time to cultivate a new business relationship.

The most sincere and knowledgeable pond stores I've ever been to. They will assist with any concerns, not just try to sell you something. They don't act like they are doing you a favor while bragging that they are the owner. Definitely first rate.

I have to say that they made us feel like family. The crew make themselves available as soon as you walk in the store. They put our pond in for us several years ago and I love it. The fish are fabulous.

We meant to write this review last summer but we were just too busy enjoying our new backyard! Our situation was unique because we already had a huge in-ground pool that was way past it's life span and needed replaced. Initially, we were nervous about how it would all work out but right from the first meeting with Jeremiah we felt that he had the right stuff to get the job done! He had a very cool and calm demeanor that put my wife and I at ease throughout the process. Once the guys showed up they were awesome! Brandon is the man, and although I can't remember the young guys name, we talked bourbon and smoked a stogie or two while he worked. From design to completion everything was top notch! Over the years we have used Mock to build our pond, patio as well as landscaping. We have used them for pond services, weekly lawncare and snow removal. It has always been a good experience. Even the office and retail staff has been super helpful.
