Went with Mock to put in a swimming pond. It is a rare thing in NE Ohio and we wanted to make sure we had someone aquascape certified and experienced with the resources to do it right. They were more expensive than the other quotes we got but It was worth it. None of the pond was cement and the steep sides required large, and well placed boulders. Connor and the team placed each giant boulder with extreme care, sometimes spending an hour making sure it was safe, maximized our swim space, and also looked good, they also tried to maximize things like places to sit along the walls. We've only had the pond a few weeks but I have no worries about the hundreds of tons of rocks they placed being safe. They also designed and added things to the pond that I would never had thought to ask for. They were extremely easy to work with too, just the right combination of down to earth and also constantly professional. They also stand behind their work, after a few days the waterfall which was pushing thousands of gallons of hour over some rocks had found another way around, and Mock came out and fixed the issue within 2 or 3 hours of my text. I would not hesitate to use them for your swim pond or water feature if you want it done right.

We used Mock to undertake a large boulder retaining wall and water fall/pond in our side and backyard. In addition to being responsive and extremely professional managing the day to day, Connor was amazing and brought a ton of great ideas to the project. It was great working with them and will be looking to bring them back out to finish other projects as well!

My husband and I were looking to have a Koi pond installed and we didn’t know anybody in the area so I reached out to a couple of different phone numbers I found on Google. Mock Property Services were the first and only company that called me back! I talked with Gail and Connor and received a quote. It was an easy process and last week they started on our project and it was completed this week. Ryan and Austin and the team came out and installed our pond and we couldn’t be more pleased. The crew were amazing. They were friendly, polite, understanding, and committed to making our pond beautiful. They show great artistry in the design of the waterfall and the boulders they used to create our backyard oasis. Hopefully we will be able to use them in the future to either expand our pond or build one of their beautiful rock pools. I highly recommend them.

I normally don't write reviews. Either a business delivers or not. Mock Property Services exceeded our wildest expectations. We contacted Mock Property Services for a driveway retaining wall and help us to determine what we could do with a hazardous sloping area leading from our back porch deck down to our pond. Conner came out, spent a good amount time with us and came up with an idea how to deal with the retaining wall and how to transform our slippery, hazardous slope into a terraced water feature. Team Mock delivered! From the first glance of the boulder retaining wall to the stunning, cascading water feature you can't help but believe that these man made features were always there! Conner's artistic vision captured the essence of the land and transformed this once hazardous slope into a stunning tiered falls that is further enhanced with underwater and boulder illumination. The cascading waters' sound is magnificent.

Mock (Connor was the project manager) did a great job on our small landscaping project. Price was right and they did everything we asked for. The design was great - low maintenance, looks great and accents our house well! I’ll use them again for sure.

We had Mock Property Services design & build our backyard oasis in 2021. We have enjoyed our outdoor living space for these past years. Jeremiah and his team were a pleasure to work with. Our backyard was a completely empty canvas in which they brought to life. At our initial meeting, we expressed that we wanted a pool, patio & firepit. Jeremiah took it from there & knocked it out of the park. The entire process went fairly smoothly with all questions or concerns addressed promptly. Horrible company would not recommend had my grass cut said it was supposed to be 19 dollars ended up being 80 dollars also its scam as well scam as well and they didn't pick up grass trimming and they used a little push mower and they will say you have a high grass when you don't so they can charge you an extra 60 dollars

My yard mowed good but you guys charged me 58.47 for my first mower and was to be 19 dollars I didn't have that so you guys cost me more because of back charges because of that when it should have been 19 dollars I was going to cancel my mowing because I it cost me a 100.00 for moving I want this fixed if you guys still want my business if not them I don't want your guys business

They did a great job all summer long.
