Paradise lawn has the best leaf hummus around. It is fully broken down and works great on my no-till garden beds.

Visited quite a few times this year. There prices are good and the top soil is the only one I'll use after comparing to others. Good customer service and friendly.

Some associate of Paradise decided to drop a load of who knows what on a Robinhood St., Wooster residence which sounded like a bomb being dropped...for a good 5-10 minutes. When confronted, the associate was belligerent. I told him good luck as I was going to place a formal complaint. An explanation is appreciated and expected.

This group was commissioned by my neighbor. They blocked my drive with one large dump truck and and parked in front of my house on a slim residential street blocking vision and traffic. They walked through my yard to get to my neighbor's and as I was trying to get the worker's attention, they laughed at me and waved me off. I called their office and the woman taking my call said I was the one out of control. After I approached the workers because they were close to my property line, they continued to ridicule me. My final response, "all other vendors check in with the neighbors for access to their jobs." I was treated with disrespect. Not heard by office folks. Customer service is rude and not concerned with future business.

Always on time, clean up of yard waste thorough. And we love the composting area at the Nob. Just call ahead so they know you're bringing yard waste!

We have used Paradise Lawn Care before and we were very pleased. We also called today and the man on the phone told me what was best for me and not what would make them the most money. I am very appreciative that the gentleman on the phone told the truth. I will be calling them again in the future.

I’ve used Paradise for two years, now. This summer, the weeds have been very bad, and it didn’t appear that the treatments we received had done much of anything. Frustrated, I called and left a message. Although it took a few days for me to hear back, they sent someone out to inspect and re-treat the weed issue at no additional cost.

I was frustrated with the initial weed treatment this year, but they made it right and in a timely manner. I’ll plan to continue using them moving forward.

I feel bad leaving a meh review, because Cindy is so nice and I wish her all the best.

When I called to make my appointment, I let them know that I didn’t have any experience with lawn maintenance, and I desperately needed help winterizing our system. I made it very clear I had *no idea* what I was doing.

However, when they showed up they got irritated because our lawn “wasn’t ready”. But nobody ever told me that I had to “prep” for the appointment. I want to emphasize that I made it very clear to them that I have *ZERO* experience with this stuff.

If that wasn't enough, as soon as they left, our water stopped working in the whole house. Turns out they didn't turned the water main back on. Sigh. Luckily, they eventually did come back (3.5 hours later) to fix it. For that I am grateful, because we would've never been able to gain access to the manhole by the street. Still, it should've been taken care of at the time of service.

Anyway, I am a bit disappointed by the whole experience. I wish they would have actually taken the time to educate me rather than judging me for my lacking experience.

I probably won't be using them again for that reason.
