Called after hours and was able to talk to Mr. Perez, he came immediately and gave me an estimate. Of the four estimates I was given, his was the most reasonable, he got the job! He not only came on time, when he said he would, his work was “top shelf”!
That kind of professionalism is kinda of rare these days. I would not only recommend his services to my friends, but I plan on using his services again in the future!

Yeider and his crew are the absolute best! They get you on the schedule quickly, do an amazing job, listen to your thoughts and concerns and are total professionals. Yeider himself is so knowledgeable about what will work in what areas, knows the plants you need based on your ideas of what you want and he’s always up for listening to your ideas along with giving his professional opinion, which I am so glad I listen to bc he knows what he’s doing and talking about. I've worked with Yeider for two seasons now for routine grass cuts for four real estate properties. Timely, accountable, reasonable. At one point I had a new vacant property with an acre of 7ft grass. They visited the property and cut same day. Nothing that they can't do, and they're a nice crew to boot!

Skyler did a great job replacing sprinkler heads in the back yard. Minimal evidence even after having to dig down to do the work. He also got creative adding some low flow options to planters to make watering those easier in the summer. Now those pots get watered with the timer instead of having to water manually. Overall reasonable pricing and quality work.

Skyler and his team at Land Mechanics did an excellent job of repairing and replacing several sprinkler heads for me. They also made adjustments to my working ones in order to provide better coverage. Communication was great, and I was impressed with the punctuality of his service. I highly recommend Land Mechanics if you are looking for dependable, professional service for your landscaping needs.

Did great job replacing station valve and yard clean up after job was done. Locations of valves were unknown and he located all valves so now know their locations.
