5 stars out of 5....should be 10 stars. called for a quote on Friday, Justin (owner) came on Monday. Lawn treatment Tuesday. Considerate of pets. 2 week follow-up on site. Good knowledge of weeds and what to use to get rid of them. Have signed up for lawn cutting and edging now.. Husband is thrilled I fired him from the lawn maintenance job. Highly recommend.

GET QUOTE ON PAPER or EMAIL! And ask for time for job to be completed.

Cons:
They were trimming bushes, trees, and planting 8 Azaleas. Pretty simple. They started the job, trimmed the bushes, and then didn't return for a week. I started emailing and calling asking when they would return and kept being told they would come back soon. The job was finally completed 4 weeks later after MANY emails and and calls.
Also, they tried to tell me that I didn't really request the 8 Azaleas. And didn't want to plant them. Luckily, on my first email to them I asked for a break down of cost, and the Azaleas were included in that. I sent it back to them and they didn't like that. But finally honored it. But if I had not emailed they, they would have robbed me.
The only reason they returned the second time is because they left piles of shrubbery at the street corner and my HOA was upset. I sent them the email where they agreed haul off was included, and they came back 5 days later and removed it thankfully.

Pros:
They were nice and never rude.
The work they did was pretty good, except the final tree (barely trimmed) they had to trim after I had to harass them to finish their agreed job.

In one full season, service was consistently late by two days to one week. On several occasions service was scheduled but never happened. I asked for a quote on added services, site review was scheduled but estimator didn't show up. The last straw was when I updated my CC on file, scheduled service, and got yet another no-show. After three weeks without a call or explanation (I finally flagged down another outfit working in my neighborhood) I called and offered one more try if they got my yard done that day (it's a 30 minute job). They were unable to do so even though I had been scheduled and ignored for three weeks. So, this is the online review I promised them ;)

For the past several months we’ve had to wait many days for our lawn to be serviced.
After i called today and had the unpleasant man who said he was the general manager downgrade all my questions that I was asking during our unpleasant conversation. I asked for the owner to give me a call to discuss these matters with him and he told me that he would not do that because “I am an unpleasant person who doesn’t like their life” what kind of general manager are you that talks like that to customers. So if you are the owner reading this review I hope you are a sincere manager/owner that listens to customers complaints.

The crews work hard, they show up. Alot of services will promise a lower price, but never return after the first service or call back if you have a problem.

We have used SIT for almost three years. They are dependable, prompt and professional. They offer many services at affordable prices. We also have other family members who use them for their lawn needs. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Customer service and dedication like that isn't purchased it is always given freely. The office staff led by Laura exudes professionalism and attention to detail everytime I call. I have truly enjoyed the service that I receive from Sharper Image Turf and I look forward to many more years to come.

My husband and I have both been extremely happy with the service we have received from Sharper Image Turf. They are honest, professional and keep their promises. In the past we have had services tell us they would show up a certain week and never make the job. If they run behind in schedule, they let us know what to expect. We use both their chemical program and lawn care services.

Had Sharper Image Turf come out to do our yard and they did an exceptional job. Great price, on time and friendly guys. Management team was so friendly helping me decide what all to do in my yard. I give them 5 stars.

I have been working with Sharper Image Turf for about two years to cut my grass and do weed control. This year I decided to let them take care of the leaves. When I spoke to them they quoted me at $175 to blow the leaves and bag them. This seemed reasonable to me, so I agreed. They sent 3 guys and it took them about 4 hours.

Today I got a call from their office stating that they had misquoted the labor and that it was actually going to cost $415. This is considerably higher than I had budgeted and if they would have told me this prior to completing the work I would not have agreed.
If this doesn’t steer you away from doing business with this company, please get any estimate of work in writing prior to saying yes to having the work done.

Satisfied to the 10th power with Justin and his crew! They completed a large job restoring our yard after we had a pool put in. In just three days, our large back yard and part of the front yard went from a mud pit to a beautifully sodded lawn, contoured for run-off, complete with a new sprinkler system, flower beds ready for planting, and pine straw all around. He and his crew worked tirelessly each day, took great care of our property, and conducted themselves with utmost professionalism. Highly recommend!!
