United Hydro provides excellent services. Has many different verity of brand name products. Located on a private cul-de-sac street with a very friendly staff in a healthy environment.

Rude woman on the phone put me on "hold" twice and hung up on me both times! Later, I talked to man who refused to give any prices over the phone unless I came in to the store. Don't waste your time or your money at this place!

Called this place looking for Canna Coco. Woman on the phone was outrageously rude. Asked how much per bag and she refused to give me a price per bag over the phone. She told me I can "come in to get the price." Nope. I'll never shop here and I will never recommend this manipulative trash business.

If you have semi good luck they unloading on street and there no u turn you have to bakeup all the way to street light and wait for green light in mirror it’s dangerous and if you ask for help they will act like they don’t know you 😢😡

United stands for crooks uniting together. Always felt shiesty vibes but never like to judge a book by its cover. Heres some real evidence though. My dehumidifier broke (brand new) it still ran just couldnt pull the humidity out you set it to. Hawthrone said bring it to one of our dealers to fix. I figured ok if hawthrone trusts them they must be ok. United said there was indeed a problem with it and I would get a brand new one. Two weeks goes by and they call me to pick it up. As soon as I saw him rolling out the one I dropped off I had a feeling something was off. Sure enough when I turned it on not only did it not run like it did before. Now it says E4. So they didnt fix or or replace it. Honestly believe they got a new one and are so greedy they just kept it. Hawthorne never had even got back to me when I wrote them multiple emails. Don’t support these crooks. They would probably sell there own moms for a buck. There’s plenty of other shops that would appreciate business. Go somewhere else.
