When in the store and shopping, everyone is nice enough... however, when we asked for help with our sprinkler system we were ignored... not once, not twice but we have called or stopped by the store SEVEN times over the last two months and have had no response. Every time we call, the Bells staff member agrees that it's ridiculous that we should be waiting so long, while our grass is dying but we still get no response. Frustrated.

Love Bella they have beautiful healthy plants! I purchase all my perennials, and my summer veggie starts. They are always good producers!
-
They still have tons of stuff, things coming in every few days! Plants look great and we always have success with their vegetables!! Staff is really nice and super helpful!!

Stopped through for propane (for an RV) before the snow was gone. They took the time to plow out on short notice and refused a tip for the extra troubles. We are extremely grateful as we were having trouble finding any place that was able to fill an on-board tank.

Have been getting stuff from Bells for years! Crushed stone to mulch, have had quite a few deliveries and pick ups as well. Always on time and always a quality product!

Good staff. Helpful, friendly.

This is my go to local nursery. They have better quality plants and the prices are good. The staff is friendly and actually try to help. I hate the big box stores. I would much rather support my local businesses.
-
Great loam and great service. They use a 5/8 screen. I couldn't find a stone in the 3yds I received. Just perfect dark brown loam. I would recommend Bells to anyone.

Cute little garden center hidden in plain sight at the Auburn/Worcester line. They have an appropriate selection of well maintained plants a that will do great in any yard.
Their bulk materials division is also excellent. They offer pickup or delivery. The compost is particularly nice with a good mix and of organics and loam. -
I was looking for a 3ft Christmas tree for a reasonable price and they had exactly what I wanted. It's tge perfect size and so pretty. Very helpful and nice staff! Love shopping small local places!

I stopped here to check it out because several people , including a nursery employee in Grafton, recommended them. I am glad I did. Their prices are lower and they are more convenient than some other places, Rt 12N in Auburn. The employee I talked to was very pleasant and helpful.

Called the Garden Center and spoke to a perfect Gentleman. He took my order and within four hrs my order of Hemlock Mulch was delivered to my home.
Couldn’t ask for better customer Service not to mention the quality of product that was delivered.
Extremely satisfied, they have never disappointed. -
Had Andrew Catacchio and his team install a concrete walkway from my driveway to my deck. They did an excellent job. Looks great and was completed in a timely fashion. Highly recommend for any landscaping or hard scaping job that needs to be done!

I took advantage of a 15% discount if prepaid by March 31, 2024 and hired Andrew Catacchio from Catacchio Property Maintenance on March 18, 2024 to grind 5 stumps, remove misc debris, loam and reseed front yard, edge and mulch, and do a 100 sq ft patio.
I know, NEVER prepay, that's on me. Happy to be done with this 6 month project, Andrew Catacchio and Catacchio Property Maintenance. Will not recommend nor hire again for these reasons:
• Very little communication unless initiated by me.
• The famous "next week' was told several times with no shows.
• In July I asked him to wait till early fall for the reseeding.
• In May a load of mulch was dumped in my driveway, where most of it sat until Sep 27, 2024
• A small 100 sq ft patio with completion promised by July 4th was finished Sep 24, 2024.
• Andrew Catacchio came with a crew to finish this 6 month job on Sep 27th
• I never realized loam consisted of rocks, sticks, weeds and roots. Learn something new every day. -
Awesome work. Quick response, on time and clean up was great! Would never know stump was there and definitely adds curb appeal to property. Thank you. 5 Star Service.

Grin and Grind did a great job. On time, fast, clean professional work at great price. I will use them again!

Arrived on time, professional looking. They explained the process and it was done in 30 minutes. It was fascinating to watch. Money well spent.

Sebastian showed up on time with his machine and talked me through the process of grinding the 25-30 stumps I had across my property. He started with a massive stump that I thought would take most of the morning to grind down. Sebastian’s machine had no problem tackling the stump in 35 minutes. I would highly recommend this service for stump grinding and will certainly keep Sebastian’s number for future jobs. Very fair price as well.

We had Sebastian come out and grind some large stumps from trees we had removed. He did an amazing job and so fast. I was truly impressed with how he did it and the equipment used . I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Sebastian's communication from the minute I initially reached out to the second he finished was impeccable. I had quite a few unsightly stumps around my property, some from the previous owner, some from trees I cut down- he was able to give me a super fair price on grinding all of them. He was very thorough, made sure to go below grade enough to make sure I was able to plant grass after the fact and made sure to chase all of the roots completely- something a lot of other companies 'forget' to do. I wont hesitate to have him out again in the future when I finish taking trees down. Not to mention, I always try to support a Veteran owned company when I can!

We’re really happy we came across Sebastian. Only needed a single stump removed, but he was super-responsive, friendly and professional. He scheduled the job quickly, showed up as promised and left the spot in great shape. 👏🏼
