Started last year and lawn has already started looking the Best it's looked. Enterprise branch is Amazing. The Rep always answer any of my questions

BUYER BEWARE. I was a customer of Trugreen for one calendar year. In that time my yard transformed from beautiful scenery to a dead scarce lawn filled with weeds. It will cost thousands to repair the damages incurred by Trugreen. In response to the damage Trugreen sent out the local Manager Chris who would not accept responsibility for the damages nor provide a plan of action on the repair of the yard. He guided his techs to continue spraying weed killer and kept charging me. They will do the same to you, do not hire. Reference pictures provided to determine effectiveness of their weed killing application.

Specialist arrived at our residence at sunrise. That's a record. His truck was well equipped. Specialist was customer service oriented - - friendly demeanor, professional in how he performed his tasks, asked if I had any concerns. Most thorough application this residential landscape has ever experienced.

We hired TruGreen almost 4 years ago to restore life to the lawn of our new home, but we have been disappointed. After almost 4 years, our lawn is full of weeds and does not seem to have the nutrients it needs to thrive. The interesting thing is that even after a second call to re-spray, the weeds still stand tall. I even wonder if perhaps they are simply spraying water on our lawn.

I have given them every opportunity over 2 years to fix the issue, but it actually got worse. Everytime I called to cancel, they made promises to fix the issue so we have them several opportunities to do better, until now. We are not spending another dime on TruGreen.

We are disappointed by all this!

I was answering a TruGreen survey and after explaining that I was not satisfied with the service it pops up for me to post on Google. So maybe they want a one-star rating. I have had several treatments with the tech putting down some weed and feed. The liquid treatment truck was broken down for two treatments and now it is fixed but the chemicals in it is not for my grass type. Which he knew he was coming to my house and the type of grass I have. I talked to the service tech several times and after he leaves, I get a call from TruGreen that the trees or shrubbery needs a treatment but the person standing in my yard didn't say anything about it. I also get calls for misquote treatment. My neighbors don't have service, and I told the TruGreen "professional" that treating my yard wouldn't make much difference since they would fly from next door. He said that misquotes don't fly very far so I Googled it, and they fly from 1 to 3 miles and some up to 7. So, in TruGreen professional thoughts is that 20 feet is too far for them to fly. I get enough telemarketers call not to get some from a company I am paying.
As far as the grass, I have paid for aeration, put down 8 tractor bucket loads of sand and have asked for someone to come out and reevaluate my lawn over 2 months ago and have not even received a phone call asking how the service is, but they will call to sell you something else that I feel like I don't need. Hopefully someone with TruGreen will read this and contact me if not after the prepaid service is finish, I will be contacting another lawn service .

Our technician, Mr. Airekeeveion explained the treatment he was applying and asked if I had any questions. He's a very polite and professional young man!

Technician listened to my concerns with the abundance of weed in my yard, and if the lawn had really been treated for the weeds before Photos attached. This was his first time treating the yard. (Micheal)

A total scam.. I was charged $117.00 for the first appointment , which was only supposed to be $9.95. The second appointment my credit card was charged $107. The tech came and only serviced my front lawn. I called to cancel and was told that I couldn’t. Called the original sales representative named Stephon he guaranteed cancellation and refund. After a week of waiting to be refunded, no refund and Stephon the salesperson is refusing to return my call or refund my money. Tru Green isn’t welcomed to my home.

I am super happy with trugreen services. My lawn is starting to look amazing and free of weeds. Truly recommend them.

Our HOA recently switched to Enhanced Landscape Management for our Ventura property, and the difference has been noticeable. The landscaping looks cleaner, healthier, and much better maintained overall. The team is dependable, professional, and clearly takes pride in the appearance of our community.

We’ve especially appreciated their communication and responsiveness. They are proactive about identifying issues, making recommendations, and following through. It feels like they truly care about the property and the residents.

Making a change in landscape providers can feel like a big decision, but so far we’ve been very happy with the transition to Enhanced Landscape Management. Highly recommend the Ventura team!

They employ the WORST drivers, I have a job in which I’m driving around all day long and I can’t tell you how many times this company‘s vehicles have cut me off, almost hit me and consistently do the same to other drivers. I’ve legitimately never seen an overall worse company when it comes to their drivers, they stop in the middle of the road with no warning or vehicle indications and throw their vehicles onto sidewalks, forcing people to have to slam on their brakes. overall just the worst drivers and with all of their accounts being in highly populated areas in which people are driving I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they don’t train their drivers or hold them accountable

My car stalled on a busy road and Manuel from Enhanced Landscape Management came to my aid. He pulled over his truck behind my vehicle, placed a cone on the street and then gave my car a jump start. He was a real angel - if he is representative of your company and employees- you are doing a great job! Thanks Manuel!

They will trash your vehicle if you are parked near where ever they work. Then they get mad at you for caring to say anything. This happened on 08/25 on Los Olivos in Oxnard.

They steal from you. I repeat, they steal from you. I wish I could 0 stars. I witnessed 3 different employees from enhanced landscaping steal likes, oranges, and avocados from my trees on my property while they were "landscaping". I watched them set down their tools, walk over, and take fruit from my trees. I will call the cops in the future. Never do business with these people, they can not be trusted.

I live in The Timber Apartment in Oxnard and they do a shitty job just at their landscaping work, they leave mulch all around the bottom of the apartment which causes rats to come. They do not pick up all the leaves that they have left behind. They just scrape it under the bushes.They do not know how to use a blower in a carport every Mondays and Thursdays they come and my carport looks like this. They blow everything on top of my car leave it there for weeks. I have complained to The Timber Apartment management also The Timber Apartment corporation about this Company and also about their employees work I have tried to get in contact with this personal workplace to have a conversation with management and all they do is screen my calls . I do not recommend this landscaping company for any apartments
