TANER has been to my house twice to mow and trim, and blow the grass off the sidewalk and driveway. When he was finished, he came to my door and gave me some good recommendations and info on my lawn. I asked him if could roll my dumpster back into the garage, because I'm currently in a wheelchair. He gladly obliged. A+ plus to Taner and the great service from Lawnstarter !

I waited a week for someone to come mow. The guy runs his weed eater a little bit and then leaves. Couldn't figure out why. My neighbor stops me to ask who he was and said he was out there taking pictures. Dude never came back and did not mow. Next thing I get an email saying the job is done and to rate their work. What!? I canceled the service and hiring someone else.

Signed up for service on Saturday last week they told me that someone would be out Sunday. Mark? I believe was his name, told me that he doesn’t work Sundays so he could get out to my house on Monday for the inconvenience. It’s now Thursday no call no mow called the service hotline and they informed me that no crew has taken charge of my account... terrible customer service. Do not use!!!

Terrible company. My wife made an appointment for them to mow our yard. Was told they’d be here Wednesday, never showed. Then told us it would be Thursday, never showed. I’ve called 3 times now and have no received any call backs. I will never use this company again or recommend to anyone

Put in my info to look only for a lawn fertilization and weed treatment service. Got a reply from Steve asking if I wanted my lawn mowed. When I said I was only interested in lawn treatment I was told the service was only available if I purchased a lawn mowing service. I said no thank you and assumed that would be the end of it. Since then I received another offer for my lawn to be mowed, which I didn't want and when I ignored that text message, I finally got an offer for what I asked for in my initial contact form, lawn service without my lawn mowed. At this point I'm not interested in a company that isn't capable of understanding either a "no" or being ignored, but I'm writing this so others know not to give this awful company their information if you don't want repeated texts after you've said you aren't interested.

Absolutely ridiculous company. Asked them to mow my lawn, had two crews cancel on me over an entire week. Took over 6 hours to get ahold of support and then moved my mow out another week. Literally have way overgrown grass and absolutely terrible service. I recommend no one use this if you want quality or good support. The second crew literally mowed my neighbors lawn and then didn't do mine.

Just moved from apartment into a home and had an overgrown lawn due to all the rain this spring. Not having a lawn mower or knowing how to tackle such an overgrown lawn was frustrating. My stress due to the yard in addition to the stress of moving was a lot to deal with and I was on the quick path to getting a fine for lawn height when I'd only first moved in. Not a good start. I looked for some help and found Lawnstarter. It made things so easy. Justin was appointed to be the person who worked on my yard and so far he's come twice and both times he's been amazing. I love that he gets the job done perfectly and I don't even have to be home. The only sign he's been here is I have an amazingly groomed yard, front and back. So convenient, I would recommend this service to anyone. If you get Justin assigned to you, be forever grateful!

I am a new customer of Lawnstarter and it's a pleasure to post this review. I needed something hassle free and the online scheduling, payment, and communication makes the service very easy. Joseph has done a great job mowing my yard. The service has always been done on time and to my satisfaction!

LawnStarter does an amazing job for a reasonable price. They show up on time, respond quickly to messages, and actually do what you asked them to do. They are respectful of the property and they do their job with minimal to no interaction with us, so our day doesn't have to revolve around the times they need to be here. Great company!

This has been the best lawn mowing service. Mark is our lawn man and he does such a great job and is so prompt and reliable. He always leaves our yard looking wonderful. We definitely recommend. So impressed that I'm going to check out a couple of their other services.

They were fine until the last time I needed the lawn mowed. For what they said were scheduling problems, two crews just quit. I called to find out more and to speak to a supervisor and never received a call back. They don’t seem to vet their crews very well in my opinion. They are all third party contractors who tend to over book. I strongly do not recommend using this service. I would remove the one star if I could an give them no stars.

Shawn did a wonderful job. I will definitely reach out through LawnStarter again. It was worth it to have such reliable service.

The man who keeps my yard looking proper is Brian, and doesn’t disappoint.
I am a 2-time war vet, Iraq & Afghanistan. 3.5 years after my service, I was involved in a one vehicle accident. Long story short, I have an S-TBI, and problems with my spine that makes it difficult to take 1-2 steps. Let alone, to mow my yard.
Brian has done a great job with being on time & mowing my yard. I thank him and Lawn Starter.

Lawnstarter has a very good service. Customer service is good, they are in constant communication with you. No worries, no headache and thay are very fixable. You can skip or cancel whatever you want. Aldo does a great job. I will keep Aldo as my Pro. He knows his job. Thanks Aldo. I was very happy when you first lawn my mow.
