The lady in the garden center was okay...
The "supervisor/key carrier guy at customer service" was okay...
But "Mike" went beove and beyond his duty, to be extra nice while taking care of me at customer service.
Just a little extra sincerity goes a long way. Thank you Mike!

They have an excellent selection of out-door plants, including starter plants. They also have anything else one would want, including trees, shrubs, perennials, bi-annuals, annuals, seeds. Indoor plants are available, as well, along with gardening supplies The only negative is prices are so high, now, one must be more selective about what they want and what they get!

Evergreen lawn pros has provided exceptional service for many years. Riley-the owner- is professional, kind, and super friendly. He’s team is fast and efficient and will leave your property looking AMAZING! Highly reccomend!

I would normally have given Stewart's a 5 star rating because their service is good and prompt, and the spray they use is effective. However, after years of doing business with them, they say they don't want my business anymore. They have discontinued the option of the single visit service that I normally use and require me to sign up for 4 visits. Since I don't have a significant problem with undesirable insects, I prefer to keep the spraying to minimum to protect bees and beneficial bugs. I have ordered this service to eradicate wasps and elm seed bugs. I have never signed up for the multiple service option. I can't believe they will turn down my business because I only want a single application. Especially when they are already in my neighborhood. Oh well, I'll find another company who actually wants my business. UPDATE: the company explains that due to labor shortage, it can''t do single visit exterior treatments, but CAN do single visit interior and foundation treatment. Something tells me it's not a labor issue, but a tactic for locking me in to repeat treatments I don't need or want.

Stewarts has been the best place so far they are always striving to be better if they mess something up they work to make it right. I've seen this in action multiple times there are some people you'll never please but Stewarts genuinely cares about their customers and wants to ensure they are getting quality service at a good price. Give them a shot if you live in Utah if you need someone to maintain your lawn, pest, trees, and shrub needs.

Excellent experience, Melissa was professional and fantastic at explaining the services as well as the costs.. The technician was on time and professional.

Find another company! My lawn got worse and worse with their treatments, large burned spots and areas that completely got killed. Not to mention the morning glory and other weeds that then over ran the areas. I prepaid for 6 treatments, and was surprised when they showed up this year and began treatments. It's in the fine print that they maybe gloss over at best that they will continue to "treat" and charge until you contact them and tell them to stop. My lawn is way worse off than when it started. Plenty of other companies out there that do more and don't have the shady practices that Stewart's does.

Brittley was super nice and very knowledgeable, happy to help me with my payments this year and helpful in rescheduling with the crazy spring weather in Utah!

Stewart's has been fertilizing and bug spraying our yard/home for nearly 10 years. Never had an issue with their service, it's been great!

Very disappointed in these bad actors. I enrolled and prepaid for a year's worth of service, 6 lawn treatments plus unlimited service calls in the event I needed an additional treatment on 12/6/2021.

I received 5 treatments throughout 2022 and they scheduled a 6th treatment but cancelled last minute stating they would "reschedule." I didn't hear back from them regarding the last treatment after a week so I called to schedule my final treatment. They informed me they were "out of product but would give me my 6th treatment if I enrolled in the service next year."

I told them I wanted a prorated refund for the service they didn't perform and they declined.

Do not use this company. Stick to someone reliable and capable of upholding their contractual obligations. If you are like me and were defrauded by Stewart's, I encourage you to file in small claims to recover for what they owe you.

EDIT: making this edit after Stewart replied to my review. I never requested a full refund, only a refund for the service that was not received (see original above). I ended up getting the Utah Division of Consumer Protection involved who effectively acted as mediator and got Stewart to give me the prorated refund I was searching for.

Maya was knowledgeable and very pleasant and upbeat on the phone. She was helpful in getting us on the schedule. Strewart's was out to do our first application the next day. Great service!

The lawn team is great. The weed team is terrible. Every time the weed team comes I have to call them back the next week for the weeds they missed ( lots of them)

We have done our own fertilizer and weed control for years. We were surprised to learn the cost with Stewart’s was the same or even less than we were already spending. The results have also been excellent. We switched service providers to Stewarts for another location and the lawn treated by Stewarts has no weeds for the first time in years !
