Aaron was polite on arrival. He did a very professional job of spraying and soaking all the trees and shrubs on my property.

Senske Services offers great lawn and yard care services with an a la carte menu of your choosing. Service reps are well versed in their specialty area, the service is excellent, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend.

Our trees are healthy and best of all we dont battle with bug infestations in the spring and summer. So worth it!

Does not return calls or schedule needed work. Waiting weeks to hear back about scheduling. Still waiting. Does not make you feel like a valued customer. Does not stand by their work. Paid several hundred dollars for sprinkler repair last year and still waiting on them to come back as some of the work they performed is not functioning.
I used to recommend this company even with their high prices but I am withdrawing any and all recommendations. I would not use this company.

Senske has been taking care of our trees and yard for years. I called them in when evergreens started dying from the subdivision construction around us. They saved so many trees from dying after all the construction around us blanketed our property in farmland soil and a fine powder called Caliche It was interfering with their photosynthesis. So I had to wash down my trees leaves and the evergreens needles constantly during construction. I still lost nine evergreens and trees. I had Gillian a few months ago, had to wait for me to answer door, which took longer than normal and it was so windy and cold. Yet, she was out there caring for our trees with such a wonderful smile and helpful attitude. I wish I could list all the names but every single employee has been wonderful through the years. Mike and Aaron are tree arborists, and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. They always spend time inspecting my trees. and reviewing with me their findings and any additional things I need to do. Some of my trees will require Iron in the fall. My son and I have tried in past to do the smaller trees with iron caps, but with this soil, they all need iron supplementation with a professional application internally. Anytime I have any questions about any of our trees, I can call and get answers. I have called Mike a few times and he gives me all the time and answers information that I need. Today I had Tristen who spent time to tell me his findings. I am so appreciative and grateful to Senske to have our property and trees looking so beautiful and healthy. I can’t thank Senske enough. They also do our lawn care and do a phenomenal job as well.
8/29/25. Mike came out to give the fall iron supplement injections to 4 of my trees on the day I called him to schedule it. He went through our property of which now, have 30 trees, and spent 30 minutes telling me what trees needed some extra water ( I was down with an injury and had my son watering extra). He also found our Aspen needs spring fungicide treatment. Mike has so much knowledge. Thru Mike I have learned so much. I am so very blessed to have Senske and Mike for our lawn and trees. My trees have not looked this healthy, since the subdivision was built around us. Thank you All Senske employees who come out in cold windy and hottest weather to keep all our lawns and trees so healthy.
10/9/25. Jennings ( Bryan and John came out to look at my trees do winter fertilizer once again he stayed went over what several trees needed as they are still struggling from the construction that went on around us for 4 years. Their knowledge is so valuable and so gage learned so much. I love how they all care about our teees and take the time every visit to look at them and talk to me about them.

Matthew was friendly, introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. In addition to the lawn service, he blew the leaves off my patio. Good customer service.

With them for years. Called and told them I didn’t want to do the October service. They canceled my entire account so that they could get me off a grandfathered rate! Called back in the spring and my accounts not active. Wanna raise the price $18 per visit. Cheapskate company! Go somewhere else as soon as you can!

Romano is a really nice person. He's always smiling and very pleasant to talk too. And he was quick he knew what he was doing!!!

Dan is the best! He has been servicing our house for a few years now. He is helpful and knowledgeable. His services and advice for after care have our yard looking like the best on the block. And he is responsive to any questions or concerns I might have.

This was year 3 for us and we are less than impressed. They don't spray the sides of your house, or the edges of your lawn because weeds are always there.
Scheduling is a joke. Several instances I've called to cancel a service because we just can't be there to unlock gates and put our dogs inside, and instead if canceling the service, they simply reschedule for the next week so I have to go through all of the motions of calling in and getting placed on hold forever before they "cancel" again.
They've started calling to sell more services to me and when I told the woman i didn't want them for pest control she got snotty and said, "Then what are you using?"
I'm done. Called this morning after a service I wanted canceled git rescheduled instead for the 2nd week in a row! I told them to cancel our account... everything! We no longer want to use them. Their woman informed me that was impossible, she could only cancel for the year and had no control over the following year. For some reason I don't believe her.
Steer clear!

I’m having a hard time leaving this review because it’s not something I like to do but I’ve been using Senske for a 2 months or so and haven’t seen any improvement in my lawn. In fact, my weeds, pasture grass, and dead spots have gotten a lot worse. I paid all up front and they’ve visited some additional times but since my salesman who I initially signed up with is no longer there it’s been really hard to speak to anyone in ID. Anytime I call customer service is routes me to a center in Washington and then I receive another treatment but nothing improves. Here are some images. Now I’m in the store purchasing my own weed and pasture grass killer. I’d love some help Senske! I’m more than willing to edit this if my situation changes.

Today Heidi & Anthony provided early summer tree service to control insects. They were timely, professional, & friendly. I do most of my own landscaping care, but I prefer having Senske spray my large trees, since they have the commercial equipment and products.

Tanner took care of my trees & shrubs & is fantastic! He clearly communicated what he was doing, how a couple trees were doing that was a concern and was very helpful. I appreciated his professionalism and addressing my questions so I understood. Thank you, Tanner, and it’s a joy working together!

Tristen was professional and friendly. He greeted us and our dogs. He did a good god taking down the Christmas lights.

Arin was polite and knowledgeable. He has been taking care of our lawn for a while and we have always loved his service.

Dan is one of your best employee. He knows our yard and is very thorough. We get nervous when it’s not Dan because Dan never breaks anything. He communicates when he will be here so I can cover the fish pond which is very helpful. We hope it will be Dan next year.

I have used Senske before. Their technicians are very qualified and courteous. Cody came by today to perform the aeration for my lawn and re-seed. He was very thorough in the job he performed. He explained to me everything he was gonna do and roughly how long it would take to complete the job. I would definitely recommend Cody for anybody’s future use from Senske. Thank you, Cody for a wonderful job.

Very knowledgeable about treating spider mites, my main concern at this time based on experience with their presence in our backyard shrubs and plants last summer. Even suggested something I can do to help mitigate spider bites in between Senske treatments.

Senske will NOT guarantee their service, even if they kill your lawn with their weed spray! We used their service 5 years ago and cancelled after the second year as there was a huge difference in service from the first year to the second year. When we brought the issues up by calling in to let them know the weeds were getting worse instead of eliminated, they blamed us for not watering! We water our lawn! They literally insulted us. After 2 years we decided to give them a second chance. They came out one time July 2024 tight before we threw a party in our backyard. The tech who came out was careless. The next day there were streaks of burnt grass all over our front and backyard. The tech leaked weed killer all over, carelessly and the proof was highly visible everywhere. I called in to cancel and to let them know their tech messed up the lawn. They DID NOT GUARANTEE anything. On top of that they didn’t refund us either. A year and 3 months after all of this I get a collection notice!! What the heck type of company are they running!!! How the heck did they get 4.7 stars. If I could leave a zero, I definitely would have. Don’t waste your time and money with Senske! They are horrible!
