Great customer service

Constant missed pickups. Zero customer service.

Exorbitant trash costs for the worst service ever!

Every other week they don't pick up my second can. Don't worry I'll be bringing this up in the parish meeting.

This company just picked up a contract to service our area and just like that they are in danger of losing it. In consistent pick-ups and most times they dont come at all.

New company took over. City disposal fees are higher. And You can't bring trailers in anymore.

Trash can top busted. 4 weeks of calling to no avail. Extremely pitiful

Very unprofessional drivers! They keep butchering one of my trees with their new trucks, and they just leave the tree limbs sitting in the street.

Pulled down a wire from the pole and it ripped a part of the fascia from the front of my house. Please do something about this damage.

Will adjust to 5 star if you come through on this.

I just had one of there drivers yell at me and go on and on about a garbage can that I guess wasn’t close enough to the curb the best part is it was t even in front of my house it was my neighbors.. very disrespectful and unprofessional then when realized that wanted me to to telll the neighbor wow really

I’m on Blanche in Avondale, and my trash has been curbside just like everybody else’s. Yet we’re always getting skipped over. Give us our old driver back!!

After seeing the video from Fox 8 news this morning 12/29/23 7:30AM I am outraged and very surprised this company is wonton and whimsical enough to show dozens of workers, with Zero personal Protective equipment (PPE) on while handing waste material!!!!
All while handling trash and Recycling plastics ....which we all know is very harmful to humans, especially after it has been used, exposed to heat, or holds chemicals. There are Many Haz Mat concerns in Any waste renewal plant and OSHA needs to do a walk through at River Birch, if this is the "Proud" video shared from this company. Published to the local news ... Jees I can only imagine the other concerns that should be addressed over there. River Birch quite frankly and without apology I say: Those are people. Protect them, and stop being a cheap corporation. We all know trash is Free so your profits should definitely be enough to protect your workers! Do Better River Birch !Louisiana workers deserve better.

I have been requesting a new garbage can for three months, mine is broken. All my surrounding neighbors have new cans. I mentioned that maybe mine was stolen at delivery (but I am not sure and have no proof just giving them the benefit of the doubt) and now they refuse to help me any further.

I commented on my neighborhood message board yesterday that I had small branches I couldn’t get into my garbage can. This morning a big River Birch truck was here. I’ve been impressed with the way the garbage cans have been emptied and placed back on the lawn, not in the street. Thank you!

I just saw the driver of this truck walk all the way up to my neighbors house to get her garbage can because they forgot to bring it out AND she put it all the way back. That's amazing. What great service! Truck JP556 Great job!

Less than stellar performance by River Birch this year. I have had to log a call a least one time a week to them for MISSED PICKUP for my cul-de-sac.
The customer service representatives have been great at logging my concerns about the constant missed pickup days, but the issue continues. Our street is the very first street in the subdivision and I see the trucks just drive by it every Monday and Thursday. I have often call when the trucks first enter the subdivision and they still don't stop on our street on the way out of the subdivision.
All the while our trash piles up in the cans on the curb. Then if they do come by four days after the pickup day, waste that doesn't make it in truck gets littered on the street. Yet our disposal rates rose this year for this inferior service.

Truck Driver JP565 almost ran me into the wall on the Clearview overpass going 60 refusing to let me off of the loop. And then began cursing me out. Horrible driver. It was the female driver with the black wig on her head.

The garbage person dropped my can off the truck, spilling garbage. They got out, picked up a few pieces, and then drove off. My can is on the ground and trash is everywhere! JP needs a new contractor for trash.

This has to be the worst trash pickup company ever, once they leave from picking up your trash, you will need to go and pick up most of your trash and your neighbors trash that was dropped and left in the street. , not to mention how horrible the truck smells. Yes, I get it, it’s trash, but do they ever clean their trucks? The truck usually has nasty smelling liquids dripping from it all over the street.
River Birch you need to do better.
