Complete waste of time. Lafourche Parish we need a new contract with a new co. RB has broking the contract time and time again.

This company is terrible. They often do not pick up my garbage. Their excuse today was an electrical truck was blocking my can. I was at work. I did not call anyone to do work on this pole. No name on the truck. At the time the garbage truck passed, the truck was just blocking my driveway. No work was being done. You be the judge - the guy riding the back could not walk a few extra steps to get my can and empty it?!

I live in Woodmere and every other week the driver is passing my house up not collecting my garbage
Service is horrible

The company dumped my can and the lid fell off in the truck. The driver said someone would come replace it. For two weeks it was not repaired. Last Friday I finally caught the truck on trash day. He spoke to someone on dispatch and they told him destroy can and someone would bring another can out. It is 6 days later and I still do not have a garbage can. I called the office and they said it could take 7 days. So why did you take my existing can and destroy it? They could not give an explanation or expidite any service. I have had to pick up trash multiple times bc animals are going through our trash bags at night. They also will only pick up non can garbage once a week so I have to pile my garbage up and let it sit for 6 days at a time. This is totally un expectable and needs to be addressed asap. Do better for your customer!

Requested a replacement garbage can 7 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been replaced. I even called and explained that I have broken ribs and it’s very difficult to move a garbage can with a broken wheel. Still no replacement 7 weeks later. They still bill me like clockwork though.

Wish I could give 0 stars! This company is horrible! They pick up only the green can and leave behind anything they dropped/trash that doesn’t fit. A number of times they didn’t pick my trash up at all. What am I paying for? This has been going on for months! We need a new company ASAP Jefferson Parish. River Birch is sloppy and inconsistent.

I have been trying for nearly 4 weeks to have my lawn fixed after my garbage bin got caught under the truck and dragged across the lawn removing sod and dirt about 3 inches deep and about 4-5 ft long. Multiple phone calls and apologies from staff and communication from "dispatcher" who said he was coming have proven to be futile. Definitely not good business practices.
