Ron did such a thorough cleaning of the area around the fireplace, that I could not tell that he had been here.
He also told me about damaged shingles that are located between the chimney and ridge vent. Something we would not notice from the ground.

My experience with Basic Chimney Sweep was great. Mr. Callais was very professional and explained to me exactly what repairs were necessary and how they were acheived. He called to follow up after the repair was made and even came out to check the repairs himself after the fact. He further suggested I become an Angie's List customer (which I did) so that I could see other people's reviews of him and other contractors in the area.
