Precision construction Group is hands down the the best luxury homebuilder in the Baton Rouge area. Rick Vinyards attention to detail is unmatched. Just visit any of the homes hes built and will notice it's not like other homes.

My husband and I have known Rick Vinyard, III, President of Precision Construction, for the last six years. During that time, his company has done three jobs for us; two renovations and, most recently, helping us with a wooden bedroom floor that was buckling. The two renovations were both completed in the time promised and were even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The mystery of the buckling floor took some painstaking work by Mr. Vinyard, but he did pinpoint the cause, and then helped us get it remediated. During that recent flooring project, both Mr. Vinyard’s office staff and his workers adhered to the Covid regulations in place. Everyone has been courteous and respectful of both us and our home. We’ve never come home to an unkempt house, inside or outside.

My husband and I cannot imagine entrusting any serious home improvement project to anyone other than Precision Construction. We have had three exceptional experiences, and recommend them without reservation.

Precision has done many projects for us, most notably, a bedroom/bathroom addition to our family home, construction of an outdoor kitchen, remodeling the patio, and building an elevated retaining wall in our backyard. Precision was also instrumental in remodeling our daughter's home when she found that it had problems that needed fixing. We have had them back a few times since then, to tend to other maintenance issues in our home.

Precision was a pleasure to work with. Rick truly went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process went smoothly, and the result is beautiful. We love our downstairs addition, and we especially love our back yard. Precision does not cut corners, and they do not skimp on quality of materials or workmanship. We are detail-oriented people, having lived in many houses over the years that needed work done, and Precision did not disappoint. The crews were punctual and friendly, and Rick always made himself available, should we need to contact him with any concerns. He was very hands-on, often on the site for long periods of time with his crews. We have called Precision for assistance in many of our house repairs and alterations and would not hesitate to call again for future projects.

I went in to take a weld test while still under continuity for the tests they wanted. They asked me to take them again, (which of course is the norm.) The problem came in when it quite literally took five different people to get my machine running correctly due to gas flow and maintenance issues with the machine. I'm not talking about the settings of the machine folks. I'm talking about wear, tear and neglect. That was still no issue for me but it BECAME AN ISSUE QUICK after we worked on the machine for almost two hours and I only welded for about 20 min. Once everything was good I was rocking and rolling and blowing and going. There's other welders or there that will now be able to test on that machine. This review is of MY OWN PERSONAL INTERACTIONS with the "personnel" that handled my deal. I have nothing negative to say about safety or any other aspects of this business than what I took part in. If they would have looked a little closer and not have been so small minded they would have a damn good Combo Hand and someone to rely on that actually shows up to work.
