They were able to get some electrical work done for me at the last minute and took care of all the permits. They did a very thorough job and kept me informed during the entire process.

Rescheduled us last minute 3 times for install and then would not honor written agreed upon terms for install saying that they made a mistake and would lose too much money on project. We ended up canceling our service due to business practice disagreement. Gave two stars instead of one because the guy who came out for the quote was very friendly and helpful and im sure work would have been good.

Love these guys, they are some of the best electricians around.

The technician came twice and did nothing...took the new breaker and installed an old 60 amp breaker that was suppose to be 100amp main..Then his boss called the next day an said we needed to re wire the entire house because he heard we got 8 ft of water. Which was a lie. All we needed was a 200 amp panel instead of the 150. Which the Great Guys at Mr Electric were able to get the permits and replace for us without any trouble at all. Thanks MR ELECTRIC for not trying to scam us and for doing great work. Now we have no problems at all and didn’t have to re wire the entire house to fix what was wrong.

Staff was very clean and neat. Communicated well. Showed up with all the right tools and materials. Definitely very professional and took pride in their work.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived early every day of the project, they were very professional, and they are good at what they do. Our business had to move locations so it was very important we got set up at the new location and they made sure we were up and running on time.

Illuminate installed a Generac 22 kW home generator along with some separate electrical work for me recently.
I am very pleased with the results and workmanship of both jobs.
And most of all I was very impressed with the integrity, reliability, and depth of electrical knowledge of Illuminate Electrical.
Mr. Tate and his employees are very easy to work with. They go to great lengths to understand what you want done and do stand behind any & all work you have them do for you.
Would highly recommend them to anyone needing any electrical work or home generator installation.

I've used Illuminate Electrical twice and both times they have been super friendly, knowledgeable, and were quick to get the work done that was required.

The came out within a few hours but we’re not able to find the issue with my dryer. Took it apart and made sure it was getting electricity. I’ll need to call a dryer repair man.

My daughter has a house in Baton Rouge that half the devices in the house worked. Called a few companies but all were a week or more out to schedule. Called Illuminate and Tate came late that afternoon, identified main breaker, went to get breaker (older style so didn’t have on truck) and returned. Fixed the problem. Mr. Robert did an outstanding job—efficient, timely, and highly professional. He installed nine recessed lights, replaced the ceiling fan, and installed three receptacle boxes (including one in the cabinet above the vent hood and another on the island). He also removed two fluorescent lights and two chandeliers.
He left the space clean, removed all trash and debris. Illuminate Electrical provided top-notch service at a fair price. I highly recommend them for any electrical projects!
