It's a great plant store. It does say on the receipt that clearance items are nonreturnable. But I just wanted to exchange it for something that wasn't toxic to cats (my fault for not checking). But you stayed fast to policy, saved nothing and created at least a mildly bitter customer. That's terrible management. This was a no-brainer 'the customer is always right' moment. There was nothing to lose. Hopefully the owner takes note.

Rating 3 stars because I've found some decent plants here that I love, but this nursery seems to be going downhill quickly. I noticed several dying plants throughout the store, and those same plants remained the following week. I asked if a lone, half dead begonia was on clearance. I thought I should ask since it was the only one in the store, far away from other begonias. It was one that I'd been looking for, so I was willing to rehab it. I was accused of trying to haggle. To clarify, I didn't ask for a deal or suggest any price. I simply asked if the plant happened to be on clearance.

They hire Mexicans that do not speak English and will go up to your dog while she's urinating and spray her in the face with poison. Don't even call to check on her.

Lightning Tree Co did some work for the neighbor across the street, appeared to do a decent job EXCEPT they messed up MY YARD. The sod is pretty soft and they filled in the ruts in the neighbor's yard they created, but in backing their trucks in and out of my front yard doing the job they made ruts there. Thank a lot.

They did an excellent job on several oak trees at our complex . They made our entrance beautiful and grand with trimming beautiful oak tree umbrella like a plantation. This is a family of brothers that are friendly and professional. They removed all items cut and did not make any ruts in our yard.

They came and removed a leaning tree after Hurricane Ida. They we were professional and safely removed the tree and all the debris they created. Very satisfied
