We noticed our air not cooling at about 11:30 at night and eventually around 4 am it got up to almost 80. We got in contact with Keith and he had TJ out before 8 o’clock in the morning and had everything back up in running in about 30 minutes. I can’t thank everyone in this company enough, super nice professional people that do a professional job. 10/10

I’ve used this company for 20 years. Came recommended from a former coworker. They are always dependable, honest, kind, and they have saved me from having a hot house many times. They have replaced my furnace, many capacitors, many annual servicing of my AC and heater, and now a fan motor. I highly recommend this company.

I've used this company for a year now. A neighbor recommended them. My house system was very old but these folks were able to repair it for me, explaining what was wrong, what they were doing and why but eventually it was necessary to replace my system. From the owner Keith, Aimee Jo in the office, James the repairman, Mike and his crew who installed the new system, these folks are fantastic. Everyone is professional, polite, transparent as to what is going on, and I could go on and on. I want to thank everyone there for doing such a great job, and, to anyone needing a local AC company I highly recommend LTC.

I've called on this company 3 times in the last few years and each time was a pleasant, successful encounter. They fixed the problems with the systems the first time each time. They answer the phone when you call and come when they say they are, quickly. Twice they came the same day I called, both those times the ac wasn't cooling, and the other time they came in less than 24 hours when it was still cooling, but had a clog in the pipe that needed repairing. I even recommended them to my elderly mother and they treated her so kindly and fixed her ac the first time on the same day as well. I would recommend them to anyone, and I would describe them as a dependable company that does quality work with polite technicians. Excellent service

Mike, Thomas and TJ did an amazing job. They’re cool guys (dad joke) but also serious about their work, and amazing at it. Got a whole new unit, and appreciated everything they did.

Star Services provides a response time that is undoubtedly impressive, but it's their customer care that separates them from all.
Their team is made up of highly trained professionals which include more than one generation in some of their employees' families- that alone speaks volumes for the company. I appreciate the friendly and familiar faces. It's nice to be able to get to know the technicians over the years vs. always having a new guy/gal being sent out. And to top it off, their work is immaculate and expeditious, and greatly appreciated! 5 Stars for Star Services!

I recently used Star Service for a new AC installation and was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. The team was on time, explained everything clearly, and the installation was smooth.
