He came out on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem. He was able to get the part and had it fixed by Monday afternoon.

I love that mr.Alexander was soooo professional great service and on time he actually was 15mins early again ty soooo much n yes I will refer this company to more ppl.

Bait & Switch Wanted $150.00 in labor for 30 mins work + cost of freon, was quoted on the phone at $22.58/Lb for recharge. After tech arrived demanded $150.00 in just labor, thats $300/hr for an A/C technician. Paid the $75.00 diagnostic and found another company.

I recently had problems with my Ac unit, I called Midcity ac he came out within 2 hr of my call . He was very professional and he got my ac back rolling within an 1hr .

Had me give my address/info & left work early because he said he would come that day but never showed up. Called several times before & after leaving work he assured me he was coming but didn't. After waiting 2 hrs I called again but no answer. Never returned my call and haven't heard from him (3days ago) UNPROFESSIONAL!!

This company replaced my a.c. unit. I haven't had one complaint. Very knowledgeable and professionalism at it's best. Thanks Alex for a job well done..
