I am so thankful to have heard of Highland One!!! Before they came, the first a/c tech that looked at our unit said we needed a new computer board and that's why the unit was not working. Also said it would be hundreds of dollars to replace it, if they did it, plus charge us a fee every month to service it!!! I'm like Really!!! I never heard of that, being charge a fee every month to service your unit!!! So, we need a second opinion. We had an appt set with Highland One and was the best second opinion ever!!! We didn't have to pay hundreds of dollars!!! The problem was something so simple and I have paperwork right in front of me of what they did!! Unlike the first a/tech who left me nothing to be view. So I give Highland One 6 stars and will continue to seek there services and will recommend to others!!!

We came home to a HOT house in the middle of a nasty heat wave. I called Marc Randle and he showed up within the hour and got to work diagnosing the issue. Someone with less experience might have suggested a more complex fix, but he was able to determine that the control board was malfunctioning. A short while later, he had our AC back running! He was very quick to answer any and all questions we had and his work speaks for itself. I recommend his work to all of my real estate clients as well as family & friends.
