Took my truck here 2 times because my apu bunk ac when out and it still wasn't fixed. Last time I was there I was on hometime and all they told me was a box under the bunk was blocking the bunk ac air circulation filter input. So they kept my truck for 2 and a half hours just to be told that. I'm a lease operator so I pay for everytime my truck goes in the shop for anything. My bunk ac now has been "fixed" 5 times for the same problem

Ask for skip wonderful team got my apu fixed and my condenser. Had two set appointments for 0800 and they was on it at 0805. Everything was fixed in a timely manner.

A total rip off.. brought my truck 3x and every time it's new parts and a hefty bill but same problem... And yall have the attitude cause I'm asking questions for understanding...

First off I gotta thank the service man Skip for not only working with me but being so friendly and helpful. The work was done quickly once put in and the driver space was comfy. I’d been having trouble with my apu often recently and to be in an out while also treated kindly is such a help when you have to give up time and money for problems. I’ve had my apu serviced here twice. Fair prices and competent technicians. I highly recommend. I drive here all the way from Opelousas because the reviews for the Thermo King in La Fayette scare me.

I installed the latest APU, but it never worked well. Every time I updated the system, it stopped working after a few hours. The APU worth nearly 20,000 yuan has been delaying my work. I lost so much money and there is no organization to complain to! I would rather not have installed it than look at a pile of broken iron every day. It has brought me endless troubles!

The worst company ever! Scammers! I have a carrier unit and they told me to come and they will take care of it (I gave them the code on the screen). After looking at the unit for 2min they said sorry nothing we can do, here is the bill of $600 for diagnostics. STRONGLY AVOID!

Had Emerson Mechanical Services come out to work on our AC and couldn't be more satisfied. The technician was knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done, and had everything fixed up quickly. You could tell they take pride in their work. It's hard to find a mechanical/HVAC company you can actually trust, but these guys delivered. Will be calling them again for any future needs.

Emerson recently serviced my AC unit in my home. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable of his work. He had me up and running in less than an hour.
