Our heater went out at 9:00 on Wednesday night on a very frigid night and was fixed the next morning (Thursday) by 10:07 AM by Mike from Chaney Mechanical. He was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend Chaney Mechanical. I received the BEST service (customer and professional)! If you need AC/Heat work, this is the place to call hands down! Thank you, Mike!!!

Chaney Mechanical installed a new AC system for me several years ago for much less than the two estimates I had received from competitors. They were also professional, friendly, punctual, and all the things you hope for in a vendor! Then, yesterday afternoon (August), my AC quit working. After checking the few things I could I called Chaney. They had someone at my house in less than an hour. Before he came out he informed me of all possible costs. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. My house was cooling again in just over two hours after my first call. I highly recommend Chaney Mechanical!

I heard about Dawson heating and air by word of mouth. I called they and came out the next morning. Job completed same day and professionally. My air is so cold. Love it. I recommend them to ALL.

Fantastic experience. My air-conditioner went out one night and after other recommendations, I contacted Dawson's! The next morning, Mitch was at my door and quickly discovered the issue. Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem but he showed me the issue instead of just telling me. I could tell his work was important to him and I knew it was being done the right way. Mitchell came to my house in very short notice after I called him and was here about an hour or so and got me completely taken care of. He cleaned out my system, told me what I need to use for filters going forward and the price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely definitely recommend the service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This man took my money and provided absolutely no services. I paid a 2,500 deposit in July. It’s December and no work has been done and he no longer answers. Bad business

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not stand by their work. Have 2 new A/Cs under warranty that are not working and he is refusing to come out and honor the warranty, even during extreme temperatures. Not reliable at all. Sometimes he will come, sometimes he doesn't, sometimes he will come many hours later after stating he was 15 minutes away all day.

Had to buy another new ac after purchasing one from this company. Ac was not installed properly after months of I'm coming tomorrow. Really like 3 months. Called someone else that said that theres a puncture in the outside unit and another ac company who said that the heat will not work either. A very expensive steel box. No response from the company. Received no warranty info, and currently purchasing my 2nd ac. Haven't been home since June and its October

Sunny Knox Install 2 units (Full Installs) for us under the "AirPros LLC" These two units started leaking almost immediately. He refuses to answer any of my calls. I highly recommend steering clear of this individual and his business. Both units have cost us hundred in freon, service charges and they are not yet 1 year old. Again, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Unless of course you enjoy being ignored and ghosted.

Do not use this company, and do not ever for the love of God do not trust Sunny Knox. He brought a stolen, 2 year old unit to my home that he never installed or finished at that, he made me pay $3500 cash up front for it, never showed up, ghosted all my calls, and has yet to pay me back. It's been nearly 3 months now. I pressed charges and he now has a warrant out for his arrest and he still doesn't care!
